Jeez don’t really rate this from Richo, you’d hope JVR’s been told he’s ‘unlikely’ to play round 1 from the club before he opens up the paper this morning or gets sent the article. You’d feel pretty flat, especially from a kid who’s busted his [censored] all summer, no one should be told they’re not going to be playing round 1 a month out from the season? Richo could’ve just said ‘we’ll see how that pans out’ or made up some other line instead of putting cold water on it.

Thanks for the report guys, sounds like we might have to wait a little longer than round 1 to see JVR in the AFL side considering he started in the whites today and didn’t exactly bang the door down. Don't count out the impact of losing Jackson and Bedford in this. They were Kozzy's two best mates at the club easily I reckon. Not sure he has any other relationships as close as that on the list at the moment, bar Burgyone, who isn't even on the list yet. Feel if Jackson had've stayed it would've kept that 2019 draft class together for longer, who knows what'll happen to Riv at the end of the year either, out of contract as well
