  1. Agree. We seem quite keen on Watson though, so maybe if Windsor is unavailable at pick 11 we will have a look at Collard

    That we could do with!

Can’t just pull elite midfield talent out of a hat though can we? It is likely Sanders and Mckercher will both be gone by our first pick, where to then? There is no ‘elite’ midfield talent left to choose from. This is not a deep draft for midfielders at all
  5. 'Just about set' but wouldn't put it past another club grabbing him before us

  8. Think he’ll be a steal for whoever picks him up

Well said. Sanders very much a meat and potatoes mid for mine, nothing super special but fills the stats sheet. He's definitely not the silky talented ball user our midfield needs. I'd almost prefer to take a punt on a guy like this even if he's not rated in the top 10 just yet.

I agree, unfortunately that’s not going to happen next year looking at our ruck stocks.

Should definitely be aiming for pick 3, one of Duursma or Mckercher would be fantastic.
  13. Stiff but understandable. Does this give AMW another year?

This is not the draft for high end mids. Sanders will be the only option at 6. Mckercher will be gone. What do you want us to do just read out a name that isn’t there? If Jason Taylor rates O Sullivan, Caddy or anyone else higher than Sanders then that’s who we’ll pick.

Caddy is listed at 193cm at the moment but he’s still growing from reports. JVR around 194 so there’s not much difference there
  16. Andy Moniz Wakefield stay on?
  17. Greg Schneider replied to Demonland's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
Yes and we won’t be able to get Harley Reid next year…
  18. Greg Schneider replied to Demonland's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
I am coming round to this exactly. It will probably met us Harley Reid. Petty has mentally checked out by the sounds of that interview

Is Petty’s head going to be in the game next year? Or will we be looking at a similar season to Luke Jackson’s in 2022? Judging by the 9news Adelaide interview that’s just come out, this guy is really keen to be back home. Not encouraging at all
  20. Andy Moniz Wakefield needs a new deal, but it looks like it might not happen. What are his chances? I think he has promise.
  21. Will there be a spot for Andy Moniz Wakefield next year? It’s looking unlikely, would be a bad move to lose him I feel
  22. Dees will try get pick 7 or 8 using 11 + future first, then offer 6 and 7 (or 8) for pick one, West coast getting Curtin at 6 and another elite talent at 7 or 8 (Caddy osullivan) etc. That's a better offer than 2 and 15 (North) because if you're gonna take Curtin anyway, you'll be getting a much better player immediately after

Yep going to have to be a massive year to try and convince him to stay
