Farewell Judd McVee
McVee should be grateful if we send him to the PSD, WC are probably closer to a flag than Freo anyway.

The List Manager Tim Lamb
Lamb has traded peanuts for peanuts recently and in the meantime we've gone to the draft with multiple first round picks. Yeah his speculative trades amounted to nothing, but cost nothing.

How about you post a link to your post that said Oliver's contract was a bad idea at the time ...

Farewell Judd McVee
We can help there, give us 12 and we'll give you McVee and the Spargo compensation pick

The List Manager Tim Lamb
Fremantle traded Hogan to GWS for pick 54, it's a bit rich to blame Tim Lamb for that.

Bailey Humphrey
Luke Jackson is the only similar level player we've traded out in living memory and we extracted good value there. Melbourne trading myths ...

Farewell Christian Petracca
Humphrey hasn't done it year after year because he’s 21. That's what he's going to do when he comes to us. Petracca has done it year after year with us because he’s 29, that doesn't benefit GC. "Wrestling with a pig ..."

Bailey Humphrey
And what if the Petracca to GC story fizzles with it? Dimma "que sera!"?

Farewell Christian Petracca
And when GC say "no, be grateful you're getting Humphrey" what then?

Farewell Christian Petracca
If we get Humphrey for Petracca we need to sign and run. It's a great deal for both clubs. We're not getting a Humphrey any other way and GC aren't getting a Petracca for him when he inevitably leaves at the end of his contract. We just need to sell it to Humphrey and "it's gonna take money, a whole lot of spending money"

Farewell Christian Petracca
It's Humphrey for Petracca or we keep Petracca. He's a sooky prima-donna but he's a pro. No doubt he'll be back for the RedBull camp in Europe in ripping shape for the pre-season. I wouldn't take 6 + 7 + Ainsworth in a deal unless our ambition is to end up 17th next year and enjoy pick 2 in next year's draft. Go full @WERRIDEE and select a starting, bench and depth midfield for 2026 without Petracca, Oliver and without a proper replacement. It's fugly!

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
Wow, what a coincidence! Petracca's media mouthpiece responds with face saving BS the day after MFC announce that HE has asked for a trade. FFS, if it's a "genuine 50/50" decision from Petracca's point of view then it's absolutely not up to him, it's up to MFC and who can provide the better deal. Now I'm starting to get unhappy with him.

I don't think you understood my post.

Clubs very rarely go straight there. WC negotiate in good faith first and offer pick 19, Judd has a decision to make but probably still wants to go to Freo but now there's a real bid that Freo need to at least match, if they don't and Judd holds firm and so does MFC ... well there's the PSD and WC tried their best but were forced to go there.

WC just received draft assistance end of first round pick 19 afl.com.auEagles 'take responsibility for previous decisions' as AF...The AFL has revealed the assistance package handed to West CoastHello Judd!

It's not often that the PSD cards fall perfectly, we should be leveraging the threat all the way to pulling the trigger.

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
I'm still good with my original idea - 6 + Flanders for Petracca + 23. Adelaide give us 14 +41 + F1 for Petracca and we hand that on to GC with 23 for 6 + Flanders. 14 + 23 + 41 is more a lot more points than 6 and they get Adelaide's F1 for Flanders. Pretty straightforward.

Absolutely horrible

Farewell Judd McVee
Freo will offer 38, we should counter with 11 for McVee + 23 or PSD, Freo will up to 29, we should run the click right down like you say.

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
Hot flash: King or Butters aren't coming to MFC. We need to trade for solid talent like Flanders and draft for stars, lucky we've got JT who can do that.

There's no evidence our salary cap is tight.
