WC negotiate in good faith first and offer pick 19, Judd has a decision to make but probably still wants to go to Freo but now there's a real bid that Freo need to at least match, if they don't and Judd holds firm and so does MFC ... well there's the PSD and WC tried their best but were forced to go there.
