  1. 3% of what though? 3% ever? 3% per year? There's a big difference.
  2. Lever trade - IMO fair market value - but you said the Crows would eventually buckle Cameron trade - the Crows held firm and didn't buckle Fully consistent with my position and reality while you're tilting at windmills
  3. The Crows didn't buckle. Another one to support my position. Keep them coming.
  4. Very keen for you to quote where I mentioned Carlton in any post related to this topic? Look the trades are done and I'm very happy with them. You and @DeeSpencer can continue to sook and gnash your teeth about them. Let's see if PJ and TV agree with you and sack Mahoney ...
  5. I've come to accept that clear thinking and analysis is not your strong point. The commonality in the deals is not that Adelaide is involved in both, it's that YOU think that both MFC and Adelaide paid overs. If Adelaide paid less then it would support your argument. The fact that picks 73 and 77 had to be involved in this deal shows what petty campaigners Reid and SoS are.
  6. You don't know that. How's it going with the Gibbs and Cameron trades? Adelaide could have forced him into the draft on principle and North, Collingwood or St.Kilda could have selected him. They are crazy enough. Better to get the deal done for less than a 1st + 2nd and live up to our promise to Lever.
  7. He gets [censored] done!
  8. We have 36, 47 and 66, Freo have 41, 42, 57 and 60. Maybe 36 for Balic and 42 or 47 for Balic and 60.
  9. It's going to be interesting to see whether Adelaide can get the Cameron and/or Gibbs trades done.
  10. Frawley is a very good player and was instrumental in the Hawks winning the 2015 flag - he had a tremendous final 3 finals when he was played in his correct position as key back.
  11. So I should just take your word for it? Someone loose with the facts?
  12. For someone so keen on the facts you are very loose with them. You'll find that the trade for Dangerfield represented more draft points than the trade for Lever.
  13. Don't back pedal now. You've consistently maintained that we should be and are in the market for trading Stringer in to MFC.
  14. You fail to understand a fundamental FA fact in your spurious argument about 4 years vs Macca's very reasonable "10 year player" observation. You're the one who looks silly.
  15. Multi-dimensional tall? Maybe we have other fish to fry this trade period and need to move on?
  16. Yes agreed I said Lever would cost more than the 2100 points you predicted and I was wrong - I owe Dland a donation - that's why it's a good deal. Perhaps you'll also agree that your assertion that we are "up to our eyeballs" in the Stringer trade is also incorrect?
  17. Sources say Lever's preparation and track work are 2nd to none and he will set a great example and standard there.
  18. Mahoney has a great trading record - I'm backing him!
  19. Welcome to the club Jake! It's a good trade and the value is very similar to 10 + 27 which everyone seemed happy with. 10 + 12(?) + 66(?) for Lever + 35 + 53(?)
  20. That looks about right - it's a good upgrade for the Crows on 10 + next years 2nd - 18 into our next years 2nd 10 + 12 (2018) + 29 (from Port) for Lever + 18 If we could get 52 back too then it would be similar to 10 + next years 2nd. I'd do those deals.
  21. It'd be a 9 News exclusive if it was Collingwood
  22. Hopefully he can get his body right. Will be a force if he can.
  23. What a joke! And I confess I've fallen for it over the years. Draft quality does vary from year to year but future predictions are fraught. It's not even clear yet how strong the 2016 draft was let alone the 2018 draft. It's only now that there's some evidence for assessing the strength of the 2015 draft.
