Assuming they have to announce 5 on the bench tonight with 1 eventual sub, I'd find it hard to believe that Brown or Tholstrupp will be one of those 5 considering the confirmed debut announcements from Monday. Who else could be sub? Hunter and Spargo are injured. Adams hasn't been near contention. Surely we're not going down the path of Verral or T Mac as a sub after what happened in the semi.

After the pre season from hell (which quite frankly started on 7 September) our first minor of minor wins is at stake today. We play Port and SPP in round 3.

Not all that fussed about the result but I want to be walking out of Ikon Park tonight with confidence that we’re ready to hit the ground running against Sydney next Thursday and that we’ll manage ok with a weakened forward line. Not only is our forward line not getting any better next week it’s actually getting worse without Kozzie.

Not sure if you're having a laugh or serious? At 12 pm on Wednesday, during the third quarter, it will be 31 degrees in blazing sunshine. At 7pm it will be about 32/33 with the sun past its peak. Not sure there's massive relief in moving it to 10:30 - 1pm?

Tom Doedee from Brisbane will be returning to the seniors 10 months after his ACL, so there’s no reason why Melksham won’t be back in the team by the North or Brisbane game in late June, given he’s at almost at the end of his career.
