  1. I’m not a fan as his skills are below par, but he was actually ok yesterday. Provided a good outlet on the wing.
  2. If it’s medium impact then he’s sitting on the sidelines because it was head high contact.
  3. Hope you’re correct but can’t see him getting away with anything better than medium. Hence 1 week at best.
  4. The fact the North bloke was forced off the field. Wouldn’t that be the definition of high? I hope I’m wrong and more than happy to be wrong.
  5. I could be wrong but the fact that it was an “in play” incident automatically gives him immunity from Intentional? Therefore saving him 3 weeks or even more. I have a feeling he’ll get 2 weeks. Careless, to the head and high impact. If you look at it objectively and not through MFC goggles, you’d concede it was a crude incident. Really disappointing as we need him out there next week. And I hope I’m wrong.
  6. Is BBB concussed after his collision with Walker? If so will miss next week. Though he was interviewed after the game and seemed ‘with it’.
  7. Hopefully they assess it as medium and not high. The difference between 1 and 2 weeks.
  8. The video The video of the incident can be seen on the match report on the AFL website.
  9. I think he’ll get 1-2 weeks, as much as I hope he gets a fine. Elbows to heads aren’t looked highly upon. If it was the oppo doing it to us we’d be screaming for a suspension.
  10. That helps in terms of a possible punishment. Do you think it was a reportable incident?
  11. I saw the Fritsch incident. A fend off elbow to the head. If the MRO charge him he’ll be missing at least 2 you’d think as the North player was hurt. So I expect him to miss unfortunately.
  12. We’ve beaten Sydney once at the MCG since 2001. They are officially now our number 1 bogey team and have given us all sort of problems over the last 15 years as we’ve won just twice against them. I guess the big question is does T Mac remain down back or does Petty come in to replace Tomlinson.
  13. 4 snags for Hogan now.
  14. We have to offer Trac what ever he wants. Players of his ilk don’t grow on trees and we may not ever draft a player of his talent again. However we must be of the understanding that we probably won’t be able to land a huge free agent in the next while and may see some our unsung players like an ANB seek a pay day elsewhere. Lever, May, Gawn and BBB surely aren’t playing out of the goodness of their heart. And Oliver will be seeking $900K a year when he reaches free agency. We need to re-sign Trac on big money and absolutely win a flag within 3 years.
  15. I reckon it was Port that absolutely flogged us in round 19 2004 after we were top of the ladder. Adelaide also made a mess of us that year but it was mid season.
  16. Wouldn’t mind a Brisbane win over Port tomorrow night.
  17. What did you think of our 56K odd last week?
  18. I want the Dogs beaten so we can have a shot at top spot. Pretty straight forward I would’ve thought.
  19. Anyone else in the "If it Ain't broke don't fix it" camp?
  20. I thought he'd wait until next year when he becomes a free agent.
  21. Well done to the AFL for not scheduling Collingwood V Geelong on the Friday night over the Dogs and Dees. Would have been a real lazy and "boys club" kind of scheduling.
  22. It happened in 2011. Round 10 - 47 point loss to Carlton Round 11 - 33 pint win over Essendon.
  23. For round 11 who gets the Friday night? Collingwood V Geelong - MCG Richmond V Adelaide - MCG West Coast V Essendon - Optus Bulldogs V Melbourne - Marvel Will they pick 2 new sides on the rise or fall into old habits and simply choose Richmond or Collingwood.
