PODCAST: Rd 24 vs Sydney
Worried about Salem. Had just one disposal to his name deep into the third quarter and ended on eight at the conclusion of the game. He did have a much better final term and maybe I’m being too hard on him given his 88% disposal efficiency and 21 pressure acts. It just seems like he’s really struggled at times after his injury earlier this season. He appears to lacks good acceleration from contests and generally seems slow. I’ve also noticed his kicks have more often than not lacked considerable penetration. It’s been all the more noticeable when you have backs like McVee and Rivers in the form they’re in. Salo’s experience and leadership will be crucial in the finals campaign but I wish he was in better form. What kind of role do you expect him to have against the Pies?

Jake Melksham Injury
Shame you can’t report players who cause injuries. The Sydney player clearly pushes him off play that caused the ACL - dog act.

Harley Reid
So now they have Wardlaw, Sheezel and Reid. Hell that’s going to get them a premiership surely?

NON-MFC: Rd 23 2023
Gotta love the media. Crows get shafted by goal umpires - uproar. Dees get shafted by goal umpires - silence.

Umpiring discrepancies
Every time the ARC reverts to Umpire’s Call - the system has failed. I’d be interested to know what the stats are with this. Why have a result that shows the system has failed?

PODCAST: Rd 22 vs Carlton
Crucial non-calls that cost us dearly at the death aside from the Trac non-goal… - Oliver held at stoppage in the square. - Langdon held on half toward flank. - JVR tunnelled on the half forward flank. Umpiring doesn’t alone cost you a game but I was frustrated with the way the umpires refused to make calls late in the game other than deliberate out of bounds… Didn’t help either that I had a truly obnoxious Carlton fan next to me who ‘accidentally’ punched me in my leg while celebrating. Thanks again Andy, George and Binman for what I’m sure will be yet another amazing pod.

Super gutted for Petts but at the same time very bullish about season 2024. Reckon he could kick 50+ if his body holds up!- PREGAME: Rd 22 vs Carlton

As much as I’m sure we’d like easy kills going into finals, what better way to fine tune our game plan by going up against teams on the up?- 2023 Injury List
Why are we blaming Sparrow? He was hot and being tackled? We should be blaming the AFL for fixturing us at that [censored] ground that had every player slipping over. Look at the replay, foot totally gives way under the chopped up surface. The state of that ground was a disgrace!- PODCAST: Rd 21 vs North Melbourne
The conditions of Blundstone Arena were absolutely deplorable with so many players slipping and falling over during the match on a seemingly dry day. It’s hard not to think the chopped up surface also had a role to play in Petty’s injury when his foot simply collapsed under itself. I’m sick and tired of the AFL always scheduling us to play in Tasmania against the Kangaroos. North have a contract to play 4 games a year in Hobart but why can’t they play interstate teams like, Gold Coast, Giants, Port Adelaide or West Coast ahead of us?- GAMEDAY: Rd 21 VS North Melbourne
