There should never be more than 2 go up at any contest. Someone should always stay down. The other thing that annoys me it the lack of an anchor that sits goal side of the last opposition player. Phil Davis does it for GWS and some other teams do it.

It drove me mental all game. As said above, it was holding not shepherding and should have been a free kick every time. That wouldn't fit in with #freekickhawthorn though. Free kick count was 27-24 their way but it felt more like 30-15. Razor and co certainly gave them a ride back into the game and it gave them all the momentum they needed to do what happened.

There's no team absolutely flying at the moment. In the first 6-8 rounds it's all about getting wins to setup the rest of the season and top 4 or 8 finishes. The main issues I see are the defensive press is way too high - if we are going to press that high there has to be an anchor 20 metres goal side of the last opposition player; not having a second tall in the forward line - either Pedo or Weid will do the job; and we are too slow leg speed wise. Hunt must come back in next week. We were 2-3 last year and recovered well enough. Beat the Tigers and 3-2 could easily be 7-2 or 6-3.

Weid will be fine. Can't wait for us to win Sunday and the MFCSS will reduce significantly.

Foles is not worth a first. I'm not actually sure he's worth a second. He has not proven himself as a starter and while excellent this season (and in 2013?), is essentially a system QB, like most that aren't named Brady. Actually it could be argued Brady is a system QB that is unbelievably good at it. Foles will get paid if he wants to leave to be a starter. Not sure it will work out though.
