I like Goody and want him to see it through to the next flag. He is a winner and definitely has it in him. There is a definite need for Assistant Coach replacement in full. He has a great relationship with the players and it would be sad to see him go. It's disappointing that more than a month after announcing Guerra as Melbourne FC's new CEO, he still hasn't officially started in the role. In today's professional sporting environment, and given where our club currently stands, this delay seems unprofessional and shows little consideration for both our membership base and staff. Can anyone provide insight into what's causing this delay? The lack of communication around the timeline reflects poorly on the club's management during what should be an important transition period.
