Sam Van Rooyen in for Ben Brown on LTI?
Wizard of Koz replied to Wizard of Koz's topic in Melbourne Demons
Fair enough then. Let's all be happily frustrated then by the ridiculous BB Superannuation 24 show. -
It just makes sense. We gotta give it a go. Brown wont even be fit to play any games anyway. At least we get someone who is fit and playing alongside his bro could do wonders for him.

PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 31st January 2024

Quite the opposite for me. -
put bb on long term never to realistically wear the jumper again list. Maybe ex Swans ruckman , 32 year old Tom Hickey is keen on a keep fit, year as Max's back up?

Absolutely. Without wanting to sound like the Rono of 24, our time with BB should have been over 2 years ago. Last year was just embarrassing and this year is the year where het is an encumbrance to the list development. Whatever the reasons were back then for a 4 year contract are coming back to bite us now. And before I get roasted, yes I know he is a 21 immortal. He kicked 3 against a very undersized and ordinary WB backline in the GF. He was handy for sure but I reckon Jack Fitzpatrick would have even kicked a couple during the hour of power.

Devils advocate. This is the time of the year to practice new game plans and tactics. We obviously don't want to share that in the wrong hands early and it would be pretty easy for an opposition club to have someone wear a dees cap on the premise of taking photos yet they could get heaps of cracking vid of plans, payers, training techniques etc Heaps of stuff. Or is your will to share more important? Just saying. -

Good call. That is really poor form and that should be the focus, not what he might be able to do. -

should not be on the list. Looks good in November with first to 4th year players. Then all down hill from there. Rinse repeat for 22,23 and 24
-
yeah whatever mate. Thats ridiculous. Caulfield is a way better option for players, fans with cars, people who go by train, cyclists. Pretty much everything. No brainer

I dont needs the stats to tell me that Sparrow is a better player than JJ with more weapons and scope for improvement.

A "know it all" who loves to be outraged. Get upset about something worth getting upset about. What did I actually say that was so horrendous and nasty? -

I can believe it. Absolutely. Because it's the first week in December and he has no pressure. I am tipping that has got something to do with it. -
Needs to get significantly fitter / leaner
-
No one is asking to cast him aside. Just questioning the wisdom of a 4 year contract and the resulting clogging up a list spot in 24.
-
You might be missing a few key words there. I dont understand what you mean.
-
Yeah .... right. North were shipping him out and I cant remember too many other offers. Either way its detrimental that we have the burden of him being on the list in 24. And he was good at times in 21 but lets not get too carried away with his time at the club.
