  1. This is fantastic news once rubber stamped. A generation of young demons will worship this guy for the next decade.. I only hope we have a clause that incase something like Gus happens we are protected.
  2. Can we get Flash at the club in some form of coaching role
  3. Would the club leak this if it wasn't done already? Surely not

Good clubs would make him blow out his cobwebs at Casey, not drop a player who's arguably having an AA year to bring in a higher profile player who needs to find form.... We make some dumb decisions at selection
  5. I think it's going to be alot tougher then people think, the Saints have some good players and being up north it really brings it closer. If we get out to anything in the way of 4 goals Ross will start flooding the defence and try get us on counter, they could pinch this game. However if we play near our best we will win I'm not fussed about percentage just want the game style to look as good as last week. Doubt we will make the 8 being effectively 3 games out
  6. Lever needs to get thru a season without injuries and in top form first... maybe Tracc Captain, Lever and Oliver, Vice
  7. Viney will play this week, get the next 2 wins and KB will be massive, we will still be underdogs which seems to be when we play our best.
  8. Up the mighty DEMONSSSSSSSS

Fair call, hopefully the can be leaned on when the time comes to get our home base finished. The only way I can see this club growing is to actually have a home we can be proud of, entice good players and play regular finals... it's hard to gain any traction when your near the bottom

So many great people at our club, some we still don't know much about... excellent article (series). To anyone with access, how do we compare to other clubs?

Cannot believe how low these people will go to get attention, Korns and Roo are washed up has beens and nothing else, how are the AFL allowing this type of media rubbish when a player is clearly battling mentally. Do they not have a duty of care and legally they are pushing a fine line
  12. This will be a massive get along as keep Kossie
  13. We need to work out away of keeping kossi, and getting Jackson back, offering 2 future first plus a fringe player( maybe Mcvee ) would be the perfect outcome.
  14. No, one more week
  15. We still can't seem to find a forward who can consistently nail set shots under pressure, in a big game when we need to finish our good work and get the rewards for effort we seem to miss time and time again... is there any form of training for kicking set shots under pressure? This cost us today as we should have been 3 goals up at 3qt time.
  16. And that forecast he would be playing at that level or better until 2030

That was clear as day... the AFL stepping in to insure Essendon win...
  18. We have to atleast play with that amount of pressure and intensity as a bare minimum for the rest of the season
  19. Expressed perfectly how we are all feeling about the club... please send it in to them and put a rocket up em' not acceptable from the board down. Just not professional enough
  20. The other part of that is, if you do score you put scoreboard pressure on the oppo and they panic and make mistakes which would make it seem like we are defending better
  21. I just record and fast forward to dees content
  22. Agree and also get him a proper forward coach ffs seems obvious to us!!
  23. Can you please post, as I don't have hs
  24. Fix this and we will be a much better team, and start scoring more heavily... someone please forward the tape to Goody n co. And add in Garrys comments on 360 when he spoke about JVR
  25. The most frustrating thing for me is the lack of pressure, and dog hungry effort you would expect from a team at 0 and 4. Surely that comes down to the fact the players are no longer truly believing in the coach and his game plan. As a side note why on earth have we not got a part time coach in the mould of a Johno Brown or even Jack Riewalt to work with JVR on his forward craft, if he is to be our big power forward invest in him so he has every chance to become the plsyer we need.
