  1. A lot of hawks fans on this train
  2. My kids will be kicked out of the house if they decide to follow the hawks or any other team for that matter. That won’t happen though. I’ve indoctrinated them well
  3. I’ll be there with the kids. We have a perfect record against the dorks when I bring them along. I want to keep it perfect. Go dees
  4. higgins hasn't been very good. dropping marks and falling over all night
  5. curnow is on tonight. one handed mark, wheel around and slotted from 50 out. brilliant goal
  6. Tom Boyd speaks very well
  7. good first quarter
  8. Some great set shot goal kicking from freo so far
  9. I’m lucky. My boys basketball game is at 10.30am so we’re good to go to the game The 1.20 time slot is very early
  10. I hope pies, carlton, essendon and geelong lose because i hate them all.
  11. the journos are playing all the old tunes this week. Not enough news around to generate clicks so they dust off old trade stories
  12. my kids have never seen us lose to the Hawks. i sure as hell don't want to see that change on Saturday Come to think of it 2 of my favourite Dees wins of all time have been against Hawthorn. The 2018 semi was a fantastic night at the G. One of the best ever The other was the win in 2016 when Dom Tyson played a starring role. It was one of our first wins against quality opposition under Roos. I really felt we had finally turned a corner that day. Anyways, I hate the Hawks and hate to see them doing well at the moment (even though they play a very exciting brand of footy)
  13. I hope it didn’t break.
  14. Journalists need to write stories. whether they are true or not isn't important. its all going to be tomorrows toilet paper anyways so i wouldn't get too hung up about it, especially in May Let's wait and see what develops around trade time. I can definitely see scenarios where clarry is traded. Whether it will happen is another thing entirely though.
  15. I want clarry to get back in a good head space, have a proper crack at the second half of the season and let’s see where things stand at the end of the year. If a deal works for both parties then so be it.
  16. Max gawn for president
  17. Well done coaches and players for 3 in a row Bank the points but eagles are a very poor team. Wasn’t pretty but got the job done Big test next week. I’m looking forward to it Go dees
  18. McClure is totally unreliable. I pay zero attention to what he says.
  19. Not sure re may. I read it on here and assumed it was a definite out but perhaps not
  20. Clarry and may are big outs. Hopefully the eagles don’t decide to turn it on again like last year but with our outs I reckon this will be a close one Not confident but I reckon we win by 15 points Go dees
  21. Freo are the flackiest team in the history of the AFL.
  22. Don’t forget James Jordon
  23. A little underwhelming but I wish him luck.
  24. Fritsch just needs the proverbial kick in the backside to get hiM going again. I’ve no doubt he’ll come back into the side and kick plenty of goals and be better defensively. That said he has to do it at Casey first. Goody needs to follow through and make him earn it.
  25. He’s a must keep and the brand of footy we played yesterday suits him. Also, I don’t get the attraction of freo for kossy. They seem incapable of developing a winning culture there. I reckon the eagles will get their act together and win a flag before freo.
