  1. what a weird situation someone somewhere is telling porkies (not GW or Danny z whom i trust infinitely more than the AFL media)
  2. hoping Jai Culley has a memorable debut otherwise, the lowest care factor i've had a for a game in a long time we'll probably win by 10 goals and it will mean very little in the grand scheme of things
  3. hawks have a lot of dislikeable players with ginnivan and watson near the top of the list
  4. wild momentum swings in this one
  5. That half was a game of 2 quarters
  6. good response from the crows hopefully they can go on now and finish the job
  7. the crows always moan and carry on when they lose a player.
  8. hawks sticking their tackles
  9. crows getting a chasing here they need to pull their finger out
  10. gunston been a great player for the hawks and probably their only likeable player as well
  11. crows defender did well not to let watson milk the head high free
  12. thoroughly dislike the hawks. hope the crows belt them tonight
  13. TG4 will be live streaming the game
  14. We may well consider trades but I’m not sure we will get a decent return hence the board might decide better to try a new voice before biting the bullet
  15. There are definitely issues with the playing group that need to be resolved. There’s been a glaring difference between ability v output. maybe we have all overrated our list or maybe it is the coaching (probably both). I think the board will decide to bring in a new coach to see if he can get a tune out of this group. If he can’t then next step is bite the bullet and trade the likes of trac and clarry. Personally I think goodys voice has become stale. No dishonour in that, it happens all the time. I reckon we will make the change.
  16. Gilliard is a big loss. not ideal to have so many injuries in pre season. looking forward to the start of the women's comp given the big disappointment the men have been this year.
  17. everyone is very grumpy this week
  18. giants [censored] the bed
  19. i'm all for it very underrated player
  20. I nominate @picket fence The voice of reason
  21. Best of luck young man
  22. We will beat West coast because they are a shockingly bad football team beating them should not in any way gloss over where we are at.
  23. Goody has to give a press conference. My suggestion would be to just say, the time for talk is over. It's time for action on the oval from our senior players. and its time for me, as a senior coach, to ensure this happens. I will say, i'm fed up of the talk with transition of game plan. It's been 2 years. We're not coaching these players how to perform heart surgery. what's so difficult about it.
  24. The AFL have botched the expansion of the AFLW. They think in $ signs and product offering. They couldn't care less about the long term health of the game
  25. Mate, i though your were going to spend your time over the next few weeks supporting your grand daughters basketball team if she was playing footy would you have the same attitude. if she good enough to AFLW would you have the same attitude i don't why the same dinosaurs (@picket fence you were born in the wrong century) feel the need to pot the women's team when it has absolutely nothing to do with how the men are performing in fact, the womens team are well coached and show plenty of heart and ticker when they play. I wish the men would show the same care and desire.
