  1. As much as i wanted to see Geelong and the pies lose the fact is we need to take care of our own business. We get our act together and start playing the way we know we can then it doesn't matter what the others do.
  2. And by the way Jamie Elliott is all class. Superb footballer who has had to deal with horrendous injuries over his career
  3. How in the name of God have Essendon just allowed Collingwood to go coast to coast with 45 seconds on the clock. Indescribably stupid. they deserve to lose
  4. The level of dumb footy being played by Essendon is breath taking. They are doing their best to lose
  5. Next goal wins
  6. We'll have the consolation of laughing at the bombers if they manage to lose this
  7. Bombers overuse of the handball could be their undoing here
  8. Bombers lacking composure inside 50. snatching at chances. they just need to settle and they'll run over the top of the pies easy
  9. I can't watch this. I'm going for a walk instead.
  10. They finish the H&A against us, Swans and Carlton. That run of games will give us a good idea of how they'll fare come finals
  11. Far out. ginnivan had his head almost taken off. No free kick. It was a free for sure
  12. Watching the pies play this well is sickening
  13. There have been some fantastic contributions here from a number of posters. Much appreciated But I’m looking forward to this thread going into hibernation until season 23
  14. Joeboy - very hard marker
  15. Unusually after a loss I had a great sleep last night. I'm tip top this morning The inside 50 tackle count is the canary in the goldmine. Forward pressure is our first line of defence and when it don't happen it puts us on the back foot straight away. I reckon this will be priority no. 1 for the coaching team this week Dogs attacked through Lingers wing all night as well. This never happened last year Now that this loading bollocks is over I expect to see us holding onto leads and closing out games from here We've been there or thereabouts the last few weeks. There's plenty of upside to look forward to over the next 2 months so jump on for the ride folks. It's all to play for and we're in it up to our necks Go Dees
  16. Just doesn't compete. It's a fatal flaw for a KPF. The rest of his game is pretty good so I believe he can find a spot on another AFL list as a leading 3rd forward perhaps Comes across as a smashing bloke but he and the club need to move on from each other during the trade period
  17. I say give BB another week to reclaim fitness. Forward functioned well so no need to rush him back In Lever Out Tommo
  18. No point focussing on the umps. Yes they were a factor but the loss was mostly down to dogs hunger and our mistakes
  19. Dogs were the better team. Much hungrier than us. Particularly second half We’re not the same team defensively this year. Not sure why. No comment about the umpires Let's re-group and go again next week Go Dees
  20. Dare i say it. Fritsch too unselfish there
  21. MAy has been a shadow of himself since entrecote. Absolute horror mistake
  22. Should have kicked that Kossie. Bad miss
  23. Tom English is BOG. I don't think i've ever seen him play so well
  24. In a tight game the umps could be the difference. I'll be spewing if we lose this
  25. Dogga's been very poor
