Similar to first half last week midfield is missing in action.
-
Petty is a liability today
-
Poor game so far. Very disjointed, no rhythm. Trac looking most likely to make things happen. Clayton very quiet so far. He'll lift and get us going.
-
The boys need a gee up. Way too casual. Even TMac sloppy
-
Nice finish Harmsey. Cagey scrappy affair so far
-
great composure from fritsch

Hibbo has plenty of gas left in the tank. He had to sit out a year because of his Essendon drugs ban so he doesn't have as many miles on the clock as the average 31 year old. I've seen no signs of him slowing up at all this year. He did a great job on dusty and kept Cameron quiet when we played the Lions. Reckon he has at least 2 years left in the legs yet if not more.

We’re coming off the back of 2 excellent performances so confidence is sky high. We coasted for a few rounds before that but I don’t want to see us coast today. The pies have been terrible but they’ll lift for Buckley’s last game you’d think. I want to see a full-blooded effort, no prisoners taken. Ultimately wins are all that matters but given the opposition and context I want to see us smash the pies Hoping all our Sydney brethren can get along to support the team and enjoy a great win over the old enemy

That doesn't sound too appetising but each to their own Nas.

I don't think saying Yze is a good coach is dribble. And during the bad times he always said Goodwin could coach so his record is solid in this area. He seems to know what he's talking about.

Best result for us but I don't like seeing West Coast supporters celebrating. Brings back bad memories
-
West Coast are unfit. Watch Nic Nat blow up at some point in the second half. Richmond will run over the top of them and win by a few goals
-
Perfectly reasonable
-
If only there was a way for North to play at Blundstone Arena more often
-
the only way that happens is if Mitchell is poached by another club. I doubt that will happen
-
All the noise and speculation centers on Lyon or Clarkson. I would be shocked if Yze ended up at the pies.
-
I hope the games are of higher quality today. Yesterdays fare was pretty ordinary
-
I haven't read anywhere or heard mentioned anywhere that Yze is in contention for either Carlton or Collingwood. Carlton will look for experience after Bolton and Teague (if he's sacked) and I doubt he fits the profile of a Collingwood coach. Hawthorn haven't showed their hand yet but it's just a question of the timing of the transition to Mitchell. I can't see Clarko hanging around after this season. If he does step down he'll be number one on Collingwood's list your would think. I'm fairly confident Yze and Choco are going nowhere.

AFLW: Player Development: How the Demons are Getting it Right
BDA replied to Dees_In_October's topic in AFLW Melbourne Demons
Our recruitment and development has been first rate. Hanks is a ripper and Bannon and McNamara are very promising as well. I think we have been very clever developing a relationship with Dublin. They are the strongest gaelic football team with the biggest pool of players. Goldy has been fantastic for us, McEvoy contributed and Magee, after a shaky start, has found her feet and has the makings of a very solid lock down defender. The Irish players have a lot to learn when they get here but we seem to be able to get the best out of them which is testament to our development programs and coaching. There are other talented Irish players playing for other clubs but having access to Dublin players gives us an edge. Watching the Dublin game, posted on another thread, you can see there are other candidates who could make the switch -
Natives getting restless. Blowtorch on Ratten for sure http://saintsational.net/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=102755&start=275

We're not the only team anymore wondering how the hell we lost to Adelaide
-
And he's just redeemed himself. sensational back to the goal kick
-
That's one of the worst misses ever. Just needed a point and missed the lot.
-
I'm hoping the Crows win this. The saints fans are in mutinous mood as it is. Coughing up a 6 goal lead will tip them over the edge
-
My record is not without blemish when it comes to player and coaching evaluations
