  4. And can our forwards lead once on a while. Not enough movement
  5. No fluency or rhythm. Lead in legs. Hopefully pies poor goal kicking continues because they have more energy and zip.
  6. Get a haircut ya hippee
  7. On paper we are the better team. No question We've got the blowtorch treatment all week. It will focus our minds i reckon The pies are in decent form themselves. This will not be a pushover I expect a response from our boys. Big performance coming up Dees by 25 points
  8. North are embarrassing. Noble won't last much longer if this is the best they can do
  9. He’s been way off. If we had adequate replacements he would’ve been dropped but that’s the problem. There’s no one to bring in instead
  10. i know the video in the club was a third party. As regards the photo though i read somewhere it was a private post. He's looking directly into the phone so whether its a photo or facetime screeshot still very stupid
  11. No idea why he would post a photo of himself on social media like that. Under the influence or drugs or not it was very dumb. Personally I don't care what footballers get up in their private lives but if you make it public then you should suffer the consequences And the mental health angle is bogus. He's using drugs recreationally to have a good time. Same as getting boozed up on a night out
  12. Looks like Freo have this. Cracking game
  13. Hawks bringing the heat
  14. cheers. saved me from rocking up to a deserted G tomorrow
  15. Will Collingwood be flat tomorrow?

    the silence is deafening
  17. Oscar Allen is a good player but no way is he anywhere close to a straight swap for Dogga Allen plays third tall after Kennedy and Darling. Dogga helped us crack open the game in the 3rd quarter of the granny. At age 20
  18. Stringer useless
  19. Dumb free kick Draper
  20. Shank of the year right there
  21. Looked ominous early for Essendon. I thought they would cave but they've rallied. Unfortunately
  22. It would be very funny to see Essendon belted on their 150th

One other important point which I’m not sure has been mentioned previously We live in the social media age. The kids live online. And consume sports online. The variety and options are unlimited. NBA, EPL, Indian PL cricket. You name it. It’s all there at the touch of a button. The brightest minds in Silicon Valley are focused on drawing our attention to this online world and keeping us there. It’s where the dollars are for advertisers. Sports are just a commodity to be monetised and marketed. That’s the world the AFL operates in and is competing in.
  24. Very well played Goody. Very measured, on point and didn't get sucked in. Kept it on our terms I sense the journos are starting to tire of this. There was no real bite in their questioning. I reckon thats the end of this episode now. Time to focus on the footy
  25. Love your sentiment @AC/DeeC We'll put in a big performance for sure. I don;t think we'll belt them but i reckon we'll win by 30 points or so Go Dees
