Just listened to the JVR interview on fox footy after the game. Kid's a ripper. Jonathan Brown huge wraps on him as well. We have a real talent on our hands. Another JT special.
-
6. Viney 5. Gawn 4. Lingers 3. Grundy 2. Oliver 1. JVR/Chandler (both deserve a vote i reckon)
-
Grundy was great. Loved the way he flew the flag when the richmond player left the knee on JVR's head after he took that pack mark.
-
Slow start but found a way. Viney a champion. Roo has arrived. Immense mark and conversion early in the last. Broke the tiges right there. richmond supporters are feral and so hard to listen to. Second only to pies in the nuffie stakes. Delighted we beat them.

There have been a couple of 2003-2020 level performances recently hence the reversion.

If our attitude and approach is right, we will win. If not, we could lose (if Richmond weren't so injury depleted, we would definitely lose) We'll find out tonight.
-
I'd give much more weight to the 6 H&A games they've played since then I guess time will tell picket.
-
I think 6 games is a large enough sample to make a reasonable call. Their defensive structure and game plan holds up. Their fixture is kind playing Lions, Suns, Hawks, North, Tiges and Carlton twice. I'm pretty confident they'll play finals.
-
St Kilda will play finals and give top 4 a nudge. They are very fit and well drilled.
-
If Hawks play like that against Freo they'll win
-
Clutch goal Fogarty. balls of steel
-
Crows have been off today but Hawks have brought the heat. Great win for them if they can hold out.
-
Hawks kicking skills quite poor.

back to the footy excellent first goal for the Hawks
