Interesting to see how he deals with that Hawks always pose problems and make it difficult but if we're switched on i can't see them beating us. This game is played at the same family friendly timeslot each season, so my kids have seen us beat the Hawks regularly. It's helping foster a healthy disdain in them for the Hawks. Every year st kilda are talked up. they never deliver. they've got some good players in King and Marshall and they are well drilled by Lyon but they are a 6-8 team at best.

Pies will miss finals. They remind me of Leicester a few years ago when they won the EPL (2016 i think it was). For a season and a half they couldn't lose even though everyone expected the wheels to come off at any moment. The season after their miraculous win they crashed and burned finishing 12th.

last week's selections were heavily criticised. As it transpired they worked out well. maybe the FD know what they are doing and we should back them in. If they reckon is good to go then get him in is my view. no point in waiting.

will be cheering on the saints for sure. but won't be a casual watcher of their games outside of games like this. Their style of football is eye bleed inducing.
