  1. You can look that up for yourself if you want to know, I'm not your personal google. Clearly though, logic says if you're turning it over less in your defensive half then you're scoring more from the defensive half also. Our defensive half was miles better this year.
  2. Points conceded from defensive half turnovers 2019: 30.7 (#18) 2020: 17.6 (#4)
  3. Hunt being moved from the backline and Frost being traded weren't coincidences.
  4. Egan apparently gone now too.
  5. In the article it mentions Craig and Todd Viney were recommending Sellar.
  6. I don't not want him per se, but we're looking at 2.7 marks and 0.4 goals per game here... Handy for depth maybe, but unconvinced he's going to make us much better. (For the sake of statistical comparison - TMac averaged 3.2 and 0.8)
  7. Don't know mate, only interest I've heard of was the Collingwood talk in the media. Not sure on Dogs, first thought is if he's too slow for their style? Could the Hawks be an option? They love an injured recruit.
  8. Hard to know, there's so many moving pieces this time of year and situations can be complex. I don't know how keen Brown is/was, he did have a zoom meeting with Mahoney, Goody and Max which apparently went really well. Given that, they're must have been at least enough interest from both sides to do the due diligence. I haven't written it off totally as a possibility, bu the rumours are it's unlikely atm. TMac requested a trade, club was (and still is, as far as I know) happy to facilitate it, but his contract, form and injury concerns have kept any interest lukewarm at best so there's definitely a chance he's still with us next year.
  9. No idea, but if I had to guess, playing finals would be up there, and maybe he sees better opportunity there given our tall forward situation is a bit in limbo with TMac maybe staying, Mitch Brown possibly there, Weid & Jacko seemingly preferred. Total guess though. Of course, that's assuming we told him we were keen.
  10. His Mum shared the shoulder info on social media, so you'd think it's accurate, but you never know, you can get the 'classic Mum' move of not knowing the right terminology etc possibly.
  11. Apparently had a second shoulder reconstruction, first one didn't repair as they would have liked. Played the majority of the year in pain with it.
  12. I know there's more to it than just goals, but this year: Riewoldt - 1.6 goals per game Weideman - 1.5 goals per gam I reckon it's more that we need our Lynch. Weid is trying to do it all himself atm.
  13. Yeah it's not hugely surprising hey.
  14. Same players that went behind the coaches back to get a training camp cancelled.
  15. Maybe. Or maybe he's right.
  16. And Ben Mathews.
  17. Wouldn't know mate, don't bother reading that trash site. Enjoy.
  18. Won't be at Freo next year. Sydney a potential destination for him.
  19. Only just turned 26 though. Perfect age for us IMO.
  20. Word going around Plapp is now gone.
  21. Marshall is a ruck. Ryder might retire. I wouldn't call Membrey a tall forward personally. I get where you're coming from, just what I've heard.
  22. Thought the same mate, but was told by someone who has had good goss in the past. TBF - Ryder possibly may retire, Membrey is more midsized IMO & Marshall is a ruck.
  23. Saints may have taken over from us as the main interest for Brown. They're currently working out how to trade out to get the cap space to bring him in apparently.
  24. Dees and Saints have had a chat in the last day or two. Wasn't given a name, but was told a 'young, quick player'. Saints want to chase Ben Brown so are trying to free up some space.
  25. Yeah, it sounds crazy when you first hear it, but the government(s) are currently trying to encourage spending to help employment, and Rebel spending 100K on that might end up being a good thing? "A team of people across Victoria and Queensland, including grass curators, transport experts and horticulturalists, have come together to make the move possible." Curators rip up turf from MCG goal square to lay at Gabba for AFL Grand Final
