Underground handballs
I really like the bounce handball. And Hunter is really good at it. When the opposition is closing down the ball carrier, he can’t handball through him. So it’s over, under or around. Over is very risky because in getting it high enough, it takes so long to come back down that the recipient will get crunched. We used to call them “hospital handballs”, remember? Going around the opponent is often hampered by the boundary line on one side and other closing opponents on the other. Vive le handball de rebond. (Hey, @Demonstone I found the new name.)

Underground handballs
Right. Otherwise, the stat for gathering an “underground handball” would be an “underground ball get”.

AFL Rules - pulling the ball under
I think she has a good point. Pay a free against the player who pushes the ball under an opponent on the ground.

PREGAME: Rd 06 vs Richmond
Watched the Saints win today. Also watched Casey lose despite all of the AFL talent in the side. The Saints showed true desperation at the coal face and a commitment to run all over the ground. If our boys bring that desperation tomorrow night and they are willing to run, run, run, we’ll win. But if we think superior talent is the key, we’ll drop another game.

We just put our most experienced team ever on the field
And on reaching 150, Brayshaw will pass Lance Arnold and take the record for most games played in our number 10 jumper. According to Demonwiki*, Arnold has held that record since he retired after the Grand Final loss to the Dogs in 1954 to coach Stawell. We love Gus, but Lance Arnold was a great of the Melbourne Football Club too. How about these achievements: He played CHF as a 22 year old in our 1948 Premiership side. In 1948 he also topped our goal-kicking with 41. He came second in our B&F in 1950 and 1951. He represented Victoria in 1951 and 1953. * Thanks, Supermercado.

May wouldn’t have had a problem if he hadn’t driven like a hurricane.
