Good list would add Saad and Will Brodie from Suns as a real gun is a top 10 pick not playing in Suns 22 best and they are realistic re his desire to play in AFL Withenden wouldn't be my choice not on ability but Lockhart is his clone in the back pocket so Saad fits the running bill of HB. Polec similarly on the non Ed L wing. Brodie is a HB Centre or mid is young and Woul be a great top up fir Harmes if he doesn't recover his 2018 form agsin. Plays tall and small I believe from memory. Don't know Cummings but Narkle looks promising as a HF.

My guess or opinion is that our output this year was very good from our Guns Aand B graders ie top 10/12 in the B andF zBUT our last 6/8 in the team did not provide the depth and support we expected and needed. I class Hannan Harmes Jetta AVB ANB Smith and Oscar in this category. Hunt Has a level he can go to like the lady game Baker When tried was a pleasant surprise and other than his disposal on some occasions was a little ragged plus Spargo put together 2 great games vs Woods and Giants Where he hit the scoreboard but was not so prominent in a couple of the othersBut Charlie generally can be defensive but we need much more than that consistently. He had developed and 2031 should see that even further. Thats why we should be looking at 3 of Ben Brown or Joe Daniher or Jarrod Polec Or AdamSaad or Will Brodie or Peter Wright ( if Pruess goes). Our depth is a myth except for Sparrow as we don't know how Jordan or Bedford Will be fir to lack of opportunity, All players have room for development and the Assistant Coaches need to be Replaced to give fresh ideas and break down Goody's stubborn approach to players and roles within the team and to have major input in our Game Plan for 2012 and beyond.

Yes agree AF Viney is all Melb and as with all players is a "work in progress". The Coaches must be more Ruthless and train him on kicking Right Foot and the first option. His disposal improved since earlier in the season and ALL Demons MUST develop this aspect of their game for us to go to the next level or two. Sorry CR that is jumping at shadows!!! Bayley is not a flamboyant person and very respectful and humble also laid back and appears as though showing his Thoughts has been discouraged in his life to date. What our Coaches need to do is Develop Bayley as a footballer and in person ( like day Trac has become). Not all will agree with me but Fritta if he had goals instead of points, tackles sticking instead of not and Holding all his marks he gets hands to and plays smarter not leading to the pocket ( remember the last minute vs Lions) he will become an A grader. As a result he will also develop greatly as a person and his confidence similarly and enjoy his footy openly. Thus is what FClubs can provide and Melb must Do this as it's commitment to any player. Hands up If any fan here believes it's one of our strengths? For whatever reasons the Roos years of development have not seen a great result in this Aspect of our Club. We need some new Assistants ( prob a new Senior as well bu that this year is not changing). So we have Bayley crying out for development snd he has flatlined in many ways BUT it is up to the Club if it wants to win and become a strong force in the AFL to go this. The last 3 Jake AvB and Mitch are an embarrassment to themselves and the Club That's exactly why we had such low scores and Forward pressure As when the good players Didn't star or use the ball well like in Csirns also add Harmes thsts one reason why our forward line was well below par. OD you are Salty at best and unappreciative at worst The award winners are usually the ones that have busted themselves and trained and pre seasoned more diligently than others and ream games sort out these players for mostly very well rewarded honours. At what stage would you call off No Finals ? Only GF appearance. Doesn't work that way. Yes you don't have to turn online etc if you are not interested but FYI Trac won as he has deserved with one of the most rewarding and consistent A grade efforts this season playing some of the best footy a Demon has this Century! Numbers 3 4 and 5 are no improvement IMO. They just can't get a game and Lienert I don't even know who he is or why he would be any good for us?
