I found the crows support of Scholl a bit weird

Some truth in that, but even top 4 sides put out some absolute duds on any given weekend

I mean both Brayshaw and Harmes had career best years under Goodwin, probably Melksham too. Brayshaw & Harmes are victims of playing under Viney. Melksham is anyones guess, with T Mac & Jetta just physically cooked.

We got overs for Frost even when considering Hawthorn's pick will be pushed to roughly the 8th round in the draft

Forgetting Brayshaw, Harmes is faster, bigger, better defensively & a better decision maker in the contest than Jack. Gotta take the emotion out of the name!

I think we may find in time, that Rivers may have been worth the first rounder alone

Jack leaving would be a massive win if it allowed us to bring a ready made winger (Williams or similar in). Fills a need and also lifts the output of Brayshaw & Harmes.

Effort only goes so far. Retaining Jack backs the effort philosophy, in retaining a player who constantly gives their all. Letting him go backs the talent...allows Brayshaw to play a bigger role & getting a highly rated player in through the draft who may have a higher ceiling than Jack. It's an interesting one.
