I doubt Reiwoldt would be interested in playing VFL footy when he has a media career ready to go as soon as he's done with AFL and I would rather put games into JVR than a 34 year old. Great player (but past his peak) and seems like a great guy, but it's a pass for me.

Yes, I have enjoyed it. A lot. Whilst the last two months have been disappointing after the start, but I still hope/think that our best footy is better than the next best’s. Winning a flag is hard. We’re still in it up to our eyeballs with a month of the season to go, with (hopefully) the best yet to come. Couldn’t really ask for much more.

Weideman has been impressive. God I hope he keeps it up.

Now we're 10-2 and half our supporters think we're not doing well enough and that we should sack one of our best players. Ah well, I know which year I prefer to be living in :-D

Some of the hand wringing here is incredible. Guess what, folks. They're footy players. They're making good cash, they're full of testosterone, they've got big egos and big profiles, and they're not the sharpest tools in the shed. It happens. Learn from it and move on.
