In breaking news Cameron Bruce has just done his medial Ligament in his knee at training today and will miss a minimum of 4-6 weeks. News is that he is on crutches and will miss the Nab cup. He would be 50/50 chance if he plays the 1st week of the season. Probably one of my favorite commentators of all time. His contribution to AFL was remarkable, whatever he did, whether it was commentating on TV or Radio or hosting those Talkback shows, he did a wonderful job. It was a huge shock when i heard the news. Rest in Peace Clinton.

he actually is quite slow. A perfect comparison to the way he plays is Sam Mitchell.

Trent Zomer-194cm, 94kg- Eastern Rangers. (Fwd) Spends a bit of time rucking but will never be an AFL ruckman. It has been up forward he has sown his best form in recent times. Very good sized body. Leads up well and has strong hands. He is a good shot at goal.

You summed it up very well syv, if he didn't get picked up then he would have probably gone as early as 1st round next year(who knows) but if he can bulk up and grow a little he could be the key defender we need. looking at the footage of him playing he looks quite mobile so there is every chance that he could playing on the tall forwards and the smaller forwards. I think CAC did a good job. i would've been happy with him or Travis Dulic (i really rated this kid)

please can we draft summers! He might be a muture aged player (23yr old) but he one of the biggest engines i've seen from a player not playing AFL.

nah, i don't rate him at all. what do you guys think of Can Howat though. he could add a lot of pace to our midfield and we could pick him up for free in the Rookie Draft

I've heard that Masten is a star who models his game on Cousins but i've also heard that he had OP which is a worry. Remember, we picked up Sylvia at Pick 3 and he still hasn't gotten his body right after 4 years I think we should get Cotchin(if available) or Palmer because it would be a massive risk getting Masten if he has OP which can be a long term injury.

We do, and hopefully Meesen can be the man or possibly that young bloke from sandy Stefan Martin.
