I really don't understand the AFLs hesitation to make them full time. It's not like there wouldn't be enough for them to do ffs. The players are now professional, it's time to bring the umps up to the same standard.

Don't know about that, Fritch will have height advantage and is great in the air. I admit when it comes to ground he'd beat Fritch but that's what our small forward are for.

Tbh we really haven't been fully tested this year. The up coming WB game will be a true insight into where we are at and how excited I will get. At the moment I'm still kinda waiting for it all to fall apart as soon as that first loss occurs, I don't want to feel this way but I just do.

I think the umpires need to start paying htb when there is an incorrect disposal. That includes just dropping it, being tackled and it spilling out, of course this is an open to interpretation and teammate or opposition taking the ball away from you. Holding the ball has always been an issue, that's why every fan at every game shouts BALL everytime the opposition is tackled.
