Why is NOT ONE of our players within 2 metres of an opponent when they kick the ball from defence. Stop guarding FN grass and pick someone up. How does this gameplan still get used.

Our once great sport has been tripe since the Stand Rule, No Third Man Up and nominating of Ruckmen. I used to look forward with enthusiasm to an intra club game, preseason, all the way down on the Mornington Peninsula with the new players at the club and just for Hopes sake we may make the Finals that year. I Thank the Club for 2021 because my interest now is really waning. I've been to more NRL games than AFL games this year and that's a disgrace.

Not only embarrasses but disgusted to lose to that club.

Apologies KDF, although I know I wouldn't get one of the AFL multi thousand dollar ones, and personally I like the idea of victory rings, I'm not a bling person myself but I meant I'd like one of the commemorative ones that fans can get.

Yes Thanks i would want one because No-one else seems to want them. I also use the Melbourne Premiership ring as my picture on YouTube. I didn't get the 2021 one but i would gladly accept one or one in another year that we won... when we win it.

I've never had to throw a punch or inflict physical violence upon another footy fan but every time it's been a thumb and a finger away, it's been Bullfrog supporters. So from my point of view and I chose Essendon and the Hawks as my most hated Victorian teams, I understand that someone chose them.

When are this club going to pick up players instead of guarding grass

Despise all Interstate clubs, especially GWS and GC. Hated Footsgray until they gave Us the greatest pleasure of all. Thanks ya dogs. All almost altercations have been against them. Never had an issue with any other rival fans even at Victoria Park or Windy Hill. That being said i don't like either Essendon or the Hawks. Can i be the First to say i don't like the Tassie Devils, they'll be Leeches and suck as well.

I'll take Boring and Predictable if it means we get at least 2 Finals again. Sheeeet I'll take One Finals Game. Better than a game being done before Half time...... I've seen enough of those. It's great knowing that a games there to be won than going in hoping we might put up a decent effort. I want a more Hardened Defensive effort and Less Zone Defense.

Just asked my Old man and even he remembered his first Dees game with his Dad. Princess Park vs Carlton 1965.

I only remember the first footy game I went to was a Richmond game, due to friends taking me tho I can't remember my first Dees game. Love how most still have great memory.

All my Mates were Richmond so they were the only games I went to as a kid. My Old man's Dad and himself were Demons, my Mum was a Magpie. Could a been Any of those 3, but after the 1980 Granny, Number 1 didn't understand why at the age of Ten, all my friends and their Family crying, Number 2 thinking it's only a game of Footy. Number 3 thought that i didn't feel bad for Collingwood losing, didn't care for Richmond winning the Granny. Ahh the wisdom of age. When walking up the steps to the MCG and seeing the Red And Blue of the Reserves at the start of the day putting a smile on my face, I knew I was a Demon and whenever we lost produced anger. Long live all our Hearts that beat Red and Blue. Bring on the Hope of 2024.

Congrats Kynan hope your debut, when it comes is as entertaining as your Dads was at Princess Park those many moons ago. Well Done.

Remember the Old Days when this was Our favourite part of the year. Normally started by Round 4 because the season was done. Being a Finals worthy Club with TWO fairly high picks I've got my eyes closed, fingers crossed for a Key Position Type and a young bloke who hurts you with his foot skills forward of Centre. Think there's plenty of options and may the Recruiting lads continue their success.

I just wish Pickett was a little more vigorous against Cripps and really put him out as we would a won that game last year. All credit to Cripps for his game. Great game by him..
