we have been drafting too many one paced inside midfielders. this is not so obvious when we play weaker sides however is exposed against stronger sides. viney Jones and Oliver are just simply too slow to compete against treloar Sidebottom and De goey. I don't understand why our quickest player is playing in the 2s, it was evident our back line was too slow today with Lewis and Vince getting baths. we desperately need a gaff. pace has been something we have lacked over the past 10 years.

I guess he needs time but his disposal and skills are poor, which is something a Ruckman should have acceptable levels of when they are drafted

our depth players are either really good or really bad Tyson and frost are ones that have stood out to me while johnstone and Mitch king have struggled. would love to see jayden hunt be moved to the forward line as that looks a bit more open to have a bit of a run. petty solid too

I have a feeling Wagner will be recalled as it sounds like he was the best defender. I don't see the need for a loose interceptor however if they do decide to go with that I think Fritsch will play that role as he has strong hands and a bit of height. harmes is too small to play as a loose man. potentially even Tim Smith back as a left field option.
