I think what is more upsetting is that we picked 4 players ahead of nat fyfe , I know that fyfe was not super highly rated at the time however those 4 players we picked have all left the club now

he had a ripping sanfl finals series that rocketed him up the rankings, however even pre injury he looked quite slow imo and poor foot skills

everyone knew martin was the best player at the time the draft, Melbourne just couldn't handle the potential of him going off the rails. I honestly never rated JT but don't blame the recruiters for drafting Scully.

wouldn't judge baker and petty just yet, however it's dissapointing to see players drafted such as Johnstone king and hullett who don't get a game at all and at this stage look vfl players at best

its a shame Johnstone was such a bust, the decision to draft him was really a curveball and could be been better used on a luke Ryan or a Ryan garthwaite. just sick of the club wasting draft picks for spuds

tyson: absolute butcher of the ball, poor 2 way running and refuses to man up, slower than gawn, has no left foot, gets caught holding the ball too often salem: small, lacks pace, poor 2 way runner and gets beaten by his opponent too often, kicks get smothered frequently, not fit enough to play midfield, can' take a mark vince: so slow, handballs to the ground, poor defensive skills, butcher's the ball I would hardly say they're best 22
