This may have been said before but I would like to see Nathan Jones played forward. He is a reliable set shot, can win his own ball at stoppages and has some goal nous as evidenced in the game against Sydney at the SCG in 2019. It also spares me from watching him bomb it into the forward line

If we have another year of missing finals we will also have a new coach. That may change his view again

Is it a fair criticism to say that Viney cannot read the play ahead. He sees the ball and gets it or attempts to every time. Sometimes you need to make a judgement on what is likely to happen...not always go in head first. Maybe not the right thread for it...apologies if so

fair call mate. I was actually trying to defend him about the vision shown of him on tv. I think the cameras are selective and love to show a reaction or no reaction...whatever suits. I m just struggling with no real move when there is a run on against us

Fair call mate but the run was really against us that quarter. Most coaches have a strategy to slow down the other team...I just don’t see any moves to try anything after the game starts...except say May forward which is frankly a dumb as hell move

It’s the MFC way. Take someone who is great at something and change it. Pickett looked like a great set shot when he got to the club also but our coaching staff have obviously tinkered with the routine
