PREGAME: Rd 14 vs Port Adelaide
Not sure I'd be playing Jeffo over JVR or Petty given Port's talls in Aliir and Ratugolea would simply push Jeffo aside.

Time to go Goody?
Smart from the club financially to keep him on for the duration of his contract. Can't afford his pay out clause amount, let alone the soft cap breach "luxury tax" it would cost us as well.

PREGAME: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
The main thing I noticed at last week's game was our poor skill execution and decision-making. Kozzie missed a simple kick to Fritsch in the first quarter under no pressure, Trac constantly missed kicks, and we constantly kicked to the disadvantage of a teammate or an outnumber. Essendon also kicked two forward 50 stoppage goals because Max hit the ball to their attacking side or flipped it over the back rather than hit it to our defensive side. Why, I have no idea, but our players weren't there, and theirs simply said "thanks" and kicked the goal. So frustrating to watch. It was like watching an amateur league side from a skills and decision-making perspective.

POSTGAME: Rd 01 vs GWS
Everyone blaming the forward line. Not sure if you noticed, but when it wasn't pouring with rain it was still wet. Not really conducive to our talls taking 10 marks and kicking 8 goals each. I thought our movement of the ball to our forwards was better than last year. Also, GWS stacked our forward 50, just like they did against Collingwood the week before and then try to run the ball out via handball, which for the most part we defended pretty well. Hard to pin point teammates or take pack marks when there's 35 players inside the 50.

Predicted Round 1 Team to play GWS Giants
I don't see any way Lindsay plays round 1. Limited preseason after a knee injury last year and his first (half) of a preseason at that. Let the kid find his feet at Casey for a while, and yes I mean after round 3 when the VFL actually starts.

PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 12th February 2025
Please, dear God, let the football begin. Chipping one another about this sort of thing is just ridiculous.

Players who need a big year
If our skipper gets injured, massive years for Campbell, Verrall, Fullarton. Could resurrect Campbell's career or make Verrall and Fullarton's.

Oliver Trade Rumours
I know, I know, and look at what's going on on Demonland. We need it back so we can talk drivel about football rather than media created hyperbole and "club culture". It's boring already.

Oliver Trade Rumours
Gee. Is it footy season yet?

Christian Petracca
A few glasses of cement need to be had by our club, players and by the sounds of it, supporters too! If you don't like the media rubbish, don't read it, and certainly don't take it to heart!

"Very sore" Max Gawn in doubt for next Saturday vs Essendon
If Fullarton doesn't get selected, then why did we recruit him?

Trade Targets
I think it is risky to avoid drafting in the next 2 years given Tassie will probably get some AFL assistance thereafter. Look what happened to the team (us) that was at the bottom of the ladder when GCS and GWS entered the league..........we were rubbish for 10 years. A few draft shockers didn't help either mind you.

Our round trip to Alice makes this look far worse for us than it actually is.

POSTGAME: Rd 04 vs Adelaide
My brother and I both live in Adelaide and went last night to support our beloved Dees, and their supporters were worse than ever. Fans around us all squealing for free kicks even when we pointed out how lopsided the free kick count was, booing players for no reason, and basically saying how bad their own team was and then aggressively abusing our players. They are a disgrace. Worst in the league. We kept offering tissues every time they booed Rick Lever, and bronx cheered all of the 9 times we got a free! Stuff em. Hope they go zero and 10, sack the coach and head to the bottom of the ladder for the next decade.

Tom Sparrow Re-Signs Until 2026
Yes I know, but I love reminding them of the fact about the crows existence in Adelaide. They pretty much just boo at you because they can't really understand what I'm saying.

Tom Sparrow Re-Signs Until 2026
I'm a lifelong Dees fan, but have lived in Adelaide for 20 years. Most of you may say unfortunate, and I'd agree that the city itself doesn't offer a great deal apart from big blocks, little traffic and is great to raise a family. 20 minutes to an hour out of the city and it is simply unreal. Adelaide Hills, Wineries, Restaurants, very few people and some of the countries best beaches. Gets a bad wrap I think. Visit with a local and you will have a different view. I also detest Adelaide Crows supporters. Not only do they have no idea about the rules, boo everything, and are horrifically one eyed, they are also unaware that the name of their team is factually incorrect. There are no crows at all south of Port Augusta (3.5 hours north of Adelaide). All ravens........... Haven't seen many demons in Melbourne before mind you. Not before midnight anyway. Anyway congratulations Tom Sparrow.
