It would have to be his management. Didn't a poster on this site in the last couple of weeks mention that a major development was going to go down in the off season after chatting to Richo at Casey? Can anyone remember who dropped this nugget of knowledge? I don't think Mckay alone is enough in this trade, I reckon Elijah Hollands would do nicely also. You know what send him to the Peptides. Send him for a King's Ransom. Pick 8, 2nd rounder, Future 1st and one of their mids, Durham will do.

We had him for 1.5 years out of 4 and I'm being generous. The 2 finals series in 22 and 23 his body wouldn't allow him to compete anymore not his fault in any way but this list decision has cost us another flag.

I would have put him on the same coin Gawn, Trac and Oliver were on and matched the years Frem was offering. The club obviously thought it wasn't feasible and going to line up with our payment structure. He knew he wouldn't be the same player without Gawn's tutelage, he took the $$$ and ran as fast as he could good luck to him. From memory the damage was already done when he stayed in Perth after the GF and Fremantle were shouting him and his family Crayfish and oysters every night for beachside lunches.

Which ever way we go with drafting and trading we can't be wasting our early picks on a Dan Houston type. Our early picks need to be midfielders, the only way I would stray on this would be for a tall key forward named Max King. 24 years old and has plenty of upside. We are good for key backs with Petty and DT, when the time comes can revert back in the defensive half. As much as we need cover for Maxy, I personally don't think anyone wants to come and play 2nd fiddle whilst he is on our list. Fingers crossed Verrall and to a lesser extent Fullarton can step up during the pre season and push there cases for 2025.

Why was that not a free kick to Kozzie for dangerous play by Moore sliding into the contest. This has to be brought into the calculations. Ridiculous AFL, absolutely ridiculous.

He had all the confidence in the world after the easiest opening to a game he will probably ever have in his career. I understand it was ANB's last game but why not run with it for the 1st qtr? Tried and tested. Shocking match up with Salo.

What a cockroach 🪳 that Morris is, trying to create "story of the year" and continually doubling down on his sources. Absolute tool of the highest order. The more worrying thing is where this leak came from. Not going to label anyone but it's either come from one or two parties. I hope it's not a leak from within the club.

Thanks for all your efforts over the years Staf, through the good times and the bad you left an almighty imprint on the club and culture. To be a fly around that camp fire at your joint at the start of 21 would have been an unreal experience, creating long lasting bonds that would cement our 13th🏆 premiership.
