  1. Bruise free football coming up for both teams... and fair enough. There is genuinely no point playing.... perhaps someone can tell me what political mechanics allowed the football season to begin anyway.
  2. Mmmm, i thought that, then I realised I was referring to form from the 2019 season. A whole range of things have drastically changed. I'm optimistic.
  3. Hopefully they're using Andy Walshe as part of this, rather than the product itself... judging the quotes above though, I think not.
  4. Nice research @FireInTheBennelly! Not desirable from my perspective.
  5. On a side note - considering the climate (literal and metaphoric) of the world and how insular people are getting. If I was AVB (from Tathra) I'd move to Bermagui up the road... if you check the map - you can burn both bridges of the rivers and cut yourself off from the rest of the world as there is no other access... just saying property is cheap.
  6. @dazzledavey36 All player discussions are serious... but you know that. Do you mean - 'sadly' his body is not up for it - and what he can do whilst he is on the list is not often enough for him to warrant a spot - even though when he is on, he is pretty good, and he is a top bloke?
  7. drag it out as long as possible AND YOU"RE STILL IN the media...
  8. Longest pre-season ever...
  9. Post self quarantine... I must remind myself that if I meet any other JakovichScissorKick's around the street, that not ALL JakovichScissorKick's are like the one currently posting on Demonland...
  10. thanks for the clarity...
  11. the one's in bangladesh?
  12. 100% - would love that to be an option in every game...
  13. Nice graphics in this literature
  14. Mmmmm, true that, my 4 yo loves board games.... methinks I'll have to get on his program if it all comes to fruition.
  15. If this is true - then this article from Vanuatu may be a good read. It's the boredom that makes it hard.
  16. Are you Jeremy Cameron’s Mum? An aside, I drove through Dartmoor last week, not much there.
  17. Courageous act to put this out there... well done.
  18. Dang! I Should have come here first for that discount info! Looking forward to travelling in on the train to some games, rocking the look. Some how I think these sneakers will look alright with jeans..
  19. cheers Chook, you may have not taken in my previous post. I am cynical, and I agree, yes they are legitimately doing from a perspective of care AND to reduce litigation, though I can't be bothered to quibble over how much is driven by either reason.
  20. Yes, I see your point clearly, and like any organisation the focus is on reducing litigious capacity now due to the current climate, and reducing culpabilities for past wrongs.
  21. Having worked with a particular clubs players - one of the hardest things to do for a player on the cusp, but not fully entrenched (only roughly 5-8 at this club were/are guaranteed staters weekly) is to move the individual away from a notion of what ‘influence looks like. For all players brought up - it is hands on the pill... this changes in club land. It’s a hard rule to break, if Goodwin and co can do it - for those that feel unsure about their role and to compete in a role safe and secure that even if I don’t touch the pill I am safe as there are a plethora of other ways to demonstrate I am doing my job, then the team and the individual will have more consistent performances.
  22. This game is looking after the welfare of those that deliver you your weekly entertainment package...
  23. You deserve a beer for always typing Jeelong. Seriously...
  24. Well, I don’t care for football anymore, for obvious reasons. Let’s get meta. But, I think we can differentiate between, ‘Most Hated Team’ vs ‘Most Hated Supporters of Teams’. For me, it’s Geelong and Hawthorn who understandably ooze smugness and of course everything is cyclical/on a pendulum- and now its Richmond.
