Tyson - was really important Gawn - needs a rocket

I think we are running low on fuel - some of our players were poor tracking and chasing - we will need that fortnight to get everyone tuned and ready to burst. If we can avoid the swans, we are a real chance v anyone if we can get watts, Salem and Viney back playing well

A few players not at it today: Stretch, Wagner, Harmes, Gawn well below par. Jones, Hibberd, Melkshan, Pederse and Hogan carrying us today. Big Q4 effort needed

I'm almost of the opinion that I'd rather players are rested for next week with all the guns in for the Port game...that is a huge game. i think we need 13 wins for finals....

Every game we have a quarter that really, really stinks. The players are weak mentally The coach needs to find answers id be amazed if we win this game now. I genuinely expected us to blitz them that quarter. Abysmal

Another golden chance of a win wasted. I'm really puzzled how we had no intensity in Q1 and Q3....they just didn't come out fired up. I didn't think our defence was that bad...it was the midfield switching off and being beaten that leads to missles coming in with ease. perspectives: - melksham in again (better than Wagner) - Neal-bullen has to come in for Kent - Weids (his positioning is dreadful) - Oliver looked spent today....he was clumsy at times. - Ben Kennedy for Bugg may be a shout we really should be at least 6 or 7 wins. Hogan and Gawn are massive losses. We need to be 6-6 by time Gawn comes back to make finals. I'm not convinced the team can do.

Intensity was the difference....they just pummelled Adelaide and they didn't know what to do. The confidence just grew as they realised finally to win it's not just talent but ferocity.....if they bring that every week none of us will complain. North next week is a watershed game as they have to kick on

Quite simply a magnificent player - he has everything and he's 19. Perhaps we are watching one of the greatest ever emerge in front of our own eyes.

Jack Watts - much more involved than credit given Tyson's tacking was immense today. Iv been a critic but he went up in my estimations this evening! awesome Dees!

Also, I do agree that I do think the list is short a genuine superstar to have a chance for a premiership over nxt few yrs. looking at Fyfe today, he's the sort of A grader we need. love Jones and Viney as individuals - but they are B+ not A class and not elite

The issue is that we have a real tough stretch now in the next 6-7 games. I think we'll struggle to be +5 wins after 10. Pressure on next 2-3 games massive - however, would love to stop the Tigers bandwagon ongoing currently to get our momentum back

Good effort in Q4 - disgraceful Q3 where our coaches did nothing also, cost us the game. I think at start of season we'd be disappointed with 2/2. If Lewis and Hogan were on we'd be 4 zip.

I'm a little worried about Viney - doesn't appear to have got into any groove this season. Have to admit Fyfe is some player - he's carrying them currently.

Weidermann is looking not fit enough I'm afraid and has no nous about where to run for advantage. A liability currently.

Jack Trengrove - has to go. Looks a tortoise at VFL level!

Apart from Oliver the rest of that Casey team is not up to AFL standard. Matt Jones and Ben Kennedy have been a disgrace really
