4 subs. starting 18. subs can come on for 20 mins in case of temporary injury/concussion - otherwise, if you're off, you're off. if you want positional play, where forwards are forwards and backs are backs, where goal sneaks can survive in a pocket and skinny kids can run on a wing, thats how you do it.

Why not just do it after 2 years? you do your 2 year draft contract at the club that drafts you, then you can go wherever you want. have to get rid of the minimum salary cap payments though

the problem is the minimum salary cap. why should a team like us pay its players who are vastly inferior pretty much the same as the all conquering hawks players? if we could pay them what they were actually worth (peanuts) then it wouldnt be a problem.

to be fair to hirdy, when has anyone ever lost their job for exercising their legal right to appeal a court case? reckon he would have a fair case for unfair dismissal - as much as i dont like him, it seems a bit unfair.
