  1. I feel like there's a giant bag of sand in the sky about to split open on this game. ?
  2. Lever so brave
  3. Photos
  4. After last year, I doubt Melksham will
  5. ANB is a space cadet today. No intensity. Two classic demontime goals. There's still mental fragility there. So good to have Hibberd back. Gawn is saving us. Loved Pickett's hit late in the quarter. He's a great finisher too.
  6. He's on the bucket bongs.
  7. Another goal to the Hawks 106 to 60. Coach asked for four quarter effort. He got three
  8. Seniors have to repeat this performance first. It's a different class as well. Jetta looks like he's in a training run.
  9. Weids is getting his eye in. Great 50m set shot
  10. Imagine Kossie and Bedford in our forward line together. Defenders would be crapping themselves
  11. Yep agree, I think it would be a mistake to play him deep. He's much better up the field running his opponent into the ground and clunking marks. Who on earth thought it would be good for him to bulk up last year?
  12. Just replace the name at the top.

    Nice one Shovel https://www.theshovel.com.au/2021/04/16/government-in-talks-with-essendon-fc-to-learn-how-to-successfully-rollout-injection-program/
  14. I was going to ask when and where we were playing but thought I'd do the right thing and look it up. About six clicks later through the AFL site and I had to download, open and zoom into a pdf document to find out. 12.05pm Sunday btw. at BCDHMOP stadium or something. Onya Gil, still killing the game at all levels. Why on earth wouldn't you just play it as a curtain raiser at the G? Comp is starting four weeks late. Ridiculous. Good to see it on Kayo at least.

That's a tough one. I think he may be permanently concussed.

I'm about one win away from heading over to the "is Goody the right guy?" Thread to confess my sins too. ??
  19. I heard Goody in a post game presser. Might have been after the St Kilda game in round 2 when we kicked 12.19 He said something like "we might have to focus on our goal kicking a little this week, not that it's ever been an issue for us in the past" I almost choked on my beer. If Fritsch didn't kick straight on the weekend (and I'm really happy he seems to be straightening up), we could have been in a bit of strife again. Poor field and goal kicking has cost us so much over the past two years. I'm really glad Chocco is on to it. I think Goodwin is very lucky to have both Chocco and Yze working with him. Hats off to Yze as well. That continual rotation of players through the midfield would be giving midfielders small breaks to allow us to burst out of the packs with more speed and agression and keeping the opposition guessing. All of a sudden we have outside speed! At a guest it seems that Goody has realised he needs to listen and accept help from others. Looks like a great coaching combination. Fingers crossed we go 5-0 this weekend and head into Jones' 300th at the G against Richmond undefeated.

Exactly. It was never going to fly as the expert panel on channel 7 had already deemed it unanimously as accidental. I wouldn't say it was careless as he was quite careful on swinging that Elbow back with the intention to connect.
  21. Just tackling and trash talking Selwood. Yeeeew
  22. Melksham is a showboat
  23. That was brilliant. Clarry got straight in his face too
  24. Selwood whinging to the umps coming off.
  25. It took two bs frees to gift them that one
