  1. They've stood in tackles a lot today and hung on to the ball for ages. Hope we pay attention to really pinning the arms this week.
  2. The cat's aren't exactly fast are they. I hope the Hawks stay in this game and make them earn it.
  3. I noticed that too. I'm sure he realises he's got limited time to cement a place in the team. It's good to see he seems angry about his poor game. There's many over the last couple of years who haven't. Hope he bounces back next week and I hope he's not carrying an injury. He didn't seem to move like he did in the first two weeks. I hate to say it about one of my favourites, but the game is speeding past Jetta now. Maybe Hibberd in for Nev. I reckon Jonsey is going alright.
  4. Thanks for all the background @gaelicfootballfan she's a wonderful player to watch as is the whole team this year. They never give up. I went into this season feeling a bit disillusioned but the girls have been so good and the blokes are off to a great start too. not sure if you've seen much of the men's games, but we've got a true gem to watch with this fella too. RD 3 | Game breaker | Kysaiah Pickett https://www.melbournefc.com.au/video/898026/rd-3-game-breaker-kysaiah-pickett?videoId=898026&modal=true&type=video All the best.
  5. Yep, Tmac looked really angry at the end which was a positive. Hope he bounces back next week.
  6. Agree. It was putrid umpiring. Anyone see the final tally. That tackle of Gawn after he'd taken a mark but no fifty. They're just spoil the game.
  7. I think he's better. A more complete package.
  8. Yes, we came out at the start of that quarter walking.
  9. No 50 to Fritta
  10. No one
  11. Yep he'd better play better than any game last year. Gimme Hibberd any day.
  12. GWS have two key players injured early in the game.....
  13. Me too. Can't believe how much I've enjoyed watching these girls play The club should be promoting the hell out of this team. They just never give in! Tough as nails. Very proud of them
  14. Aaargh, get Cunningham and Fritsch a kicking coach.
  15. Geez, gutsy mark by Scott. She's cracking in.
  16. Great kick out of the centre by Paxman and goal by Shelly Scott
  17. Great first QTR against the breeze. Time to put the foot down now and capatilise
  18. I think his game was even more impressive considering the rough start he's had this year. To lose his mum at age 19 would be incredibly tough. He went home and still kept doing the work while away from the club. He seemed to run out the game really well. I am sure his family are super proud of him. I'm with you Rogue, really excited to be able to watch him every week.
  19. So sweet. Suck it pies.
  20. The council should butt out and leave it to Gil to do his job killing our game
  21. Could the network execs help out with goal kicking coaching.? They want more goals.?
  22. Completely agree. He's a sensational forward for us and has made the most of poor delivery into our forward line over the last couple of years. However, poor kicking is losing us games or stopping us from sealing them early. We need to get his goal kicking confidence worked on as a priority. I don't think we should trade him, just bloody train him.
  23. So good to see Tmac back! His straight kicking stands out as the difference
  24. Yeah, he's said it twice. Not good
  25. Maggots should get the saints up from here. But... It's our own fault for being in this position
