And I'm sorry, but you cannot reasonably expect me to believe that playing Defoe and Keane is more flexible than playing Crouch and Defoe.
A stat like Crouch hitting the bar off two Keane crosses is also largely irrelevant, Crouch could get his head on most crosses and this only further underlines why I think Crouch should be in instead of Keane - that crosses like that can be made!
We're too small up front which means we attack the same way each time - that's pretty one dimensional.
Furthermore, Keane should spend more time worrying about playing the game and less time falling over and whinging for fouls. Can't believe we made him captain straight after coming back.
I don't understand that logic.
He was offered less money, so looked around for another club that wasn't offering more than us?
He didn't want to play for the Red and Blue, he now becomes one of "them"
With the Mclean news, I'm thinking we only have 2 more players to move on.
In my mind, I have been leaning towards Bartram and Miller.
That would leave us with Meesen, Johnson and Jamar with the option to promote Spencer. I'd rather keep Barts over PJ.
TBH I really don't see it.
Is this reference to negativity towards Mclean? People wanted him traded (I wasn't one) and the club wanted him traded too.
There's ntohing wrong with supporters keeping the club in check - otherwise you end up without a preimership for over 45 years....

IMO this place is pretty positive considering we're coming of back-to-back wooden spoons!
I agree with whoever said the clubs should be congratulated for not [censored]-footing around and going for what they wanted - Redleg, I'm getting close to taking back what I said.
Middle: Grimes, Scully, Sylvia, Davey, Moloney
Forwards: Jurrah, Watts
Backmen: Garland, Warnock, Frawley
Any other players on the field are merely a bonus.
Sorted - though I hear Matt Hayden is pretty good on the BBQ. Hayden at 11, a banana at 50. Looks like we'll need that pick after all.
I feel like our conversations are invaluable to this forum.
