If Carlton are willing to trade Brad Fisher, why don't we try and get him in the Brock Mclean Deal. Mclean and third round pick for for 11 and Fisher. I think he would be a good fit into our forward line. Just have Wona crumb around his feet and he would be set.

I had a read of this article and was going to start a thread. I am glad someone else did. I can't see what is to like about Caroline Wilson. She seems to get a lot if things wrong (such as a one point loss on the weekend) and she just likes to argue on Footy Classified. She doesn't like it be proven wrong. I am still waiting for Knights to be offered a contract extention at Essendon like she said (Just another example)

I find that very funny one of the "worst" players in the afl yet he didn't make your tank team in another thread. I am a huge fan of Belly. He clearly doesn't have the skill of most but he has definately got the heart and determination to be in the side. It is always fun watching him tackle someone and dump them into the ground

I think the umpires did have an impact on todays game. I count 5 free kicks to North inside their forward 50 in the first quarter alone. I thought it was a pathetic display by the umpires today. Seemed to be only 1 team on the ground. I know Melbourne had over 20 free kicks but about 7 of those were in the back pocket because North kicked it out of bounds on the full.

I have been told its a walk up game so here is to hoping. Dont want to get to the G just to find out it is sold out.

I saw this incident and I was pretty disappointed in Melbourne that no one came in to help Belly condsidering he was giving away about 5 feet. I know there is a fine line between standing up for yourself and giving away free kicks Belly seemed out of his league there. When it is in the backline Belly is always the first in the help someone out as you can see during the game when Fergy got a hip and shoulder after the ball was out of bounds, Bell was there in three seconds flat to hold the flag up high.
