First year I've been able to gloat about being premiers, and listening to people talking about how good we are (until we fell away). Been used to being laughed at and being called irrelevant. Although I'm gutted about the way it ended, I'm enjoying these final 2 weeks of being reigning premiers.

Annoyed, can't sleep, but they were just more efficient, they absorbed our defence and were clean and beat us with leg speed on the counter. Not sure playing the half forward press against them was the best option. On the plus side, qualifying final at the G looking likely.

The part I like least is the one home, one away round robin. It takes away home ground and home state advantage of finishes. Not that they are as big as they used to be.
