Is the game plan that we are trying to learn the 4 seasons old Collingwood game plan, the one that is now out dated and not even working for Collingwood now? And by the time our players can play to this game plan it will be another 2 to 3 seasons old. I think the burden of being Captain is weighing Jack Trengove down a little. Big ask for a young 3rd season player,when most guys that age are flat out trying to play each week. It will make him stronger and he will grow into a leader but it will take 1 or 2 years.

Every one that is defending Davey saying he was not as bad as so and so, remember you are comparing him to kids who have just started playing. Davey has played for many seasons,is a senior player,is on good money and two seasons ago was tauted as being captain. Do not compare him to the young guys with less than a full season under their belt

I think we will know next week if the Coach will stick to his word that you must earn your spot in the team. If Davey gets a game after his performance today itt will all be just words and same soft approach as coach's before him. He must not even be on bench, 2 to 3 weeks at least in the Vfl. This performance and attitude can no longer be accepted.

How do we expect players to give their all and be 100% commited when all you hear from ex Melbourne Greats Gary Lyon I'm only doing the Job until somebody else puts their hand up,I dont know how many times I've heard him say this. Also Todd Viney I'll coach out the season but I'm not interested after that. For God's sake some one step up to the plate with some BALLS and say this is what we need and I'm the man to do it.

Honestly I think we are at Rock bottom right now. We are no better than when Bailey took over, even if we were tanking and building. The truth is we can not even beat teams with little or no wins. We are softer than ever, we look disinterested most of the time. I cant see how they can turn it around without a major shake up and replacing personal.

Over the years Melbourne Has lost unloseable matches countless times even when on winning streaks and then play a inferior team and lose. A lot of people are saying this could be a danger game, thats a load of crap if we dont win this on our home ground and no Brown we have not improved one iota.

I hope for nothing else but a huge win over Brisbane, but I reckon a loss will after a p#$% weak effort last week will be the deciding factor in Bailey not being resigned after this year. He will see out the rest of the season though.
