  2. Bris 10. 11 to 6.9 at 3/4 time
  3. Morton goals thanks to wonna
  4. Jurrah marks and goals. 3 goals down
  5. Brisvegas getting on top after Trengove was run down. 3 goals down
  6. I set up a strobe light and put ray ban poloroids on while lying horizontal on floor... and that was just to absorb BT's commentary!
  7. Jamar Jurrah Wonna and beamer in best Sylvia has done some good things
  8. According to Cats, Thompson burnt out, has been granted leave to make a decision on his future, does not want to go to Essendon
  9. Shane played well in his most recent games with MFC... was unlucky to be dropped. Clearly wasn't in Bailey's plans, but didn't do himself any harm and may be worth another look.
  10. Great post. I remember the number Yze and Neitz and others did on him when he played for the Saints. O'Brien called his bluff and Big Bazza managed to abuse an umpire! Can't do it for Doggies when it counts! Poor selection... Ackabwas a better choice. Dogs continue to shoot themselves in the foot!
  11. Yeah, I like that, Greeny wins the Bluey
  12. I'd say Green just holds off Frawley in round 22 with 2nd BOG from 3rd BOG
  13. 'cept that's not Fitzpatrick!!!!!
  14. Frawley is the threat!
  15. Too much "Next Top Model" for you Jaded!
  16. Hannebery 45 Scully 35 Rockliff 24 Trengove 11
  17. Hanneberry wins
  18. Yes, I have noticed it too. It may be a result of a few turnovers Jack has created when slipping or fumbling with implied pressure! But, the sooner the players realize that Jack is a great finisher when he actually has the ball in his hands the better (on the scoreboard!)
  19. Hi Tim, Wonna did create forward pressure but, yes, he didn't get enough of it. Bate is not improving. We need to find a replacement... on this we agree! Today we couldn't shut down a few of their running players. In the end a bloke who retired and a bloke who has played 300 (and isn't far from retirement) beat us. The future looks good!
  20. Exactly!!!!! Not to mention the one close to goal which he converted when we had to have a goal. His kicking is a weakness, but he can kick 55 - 60m He can run better than most his height. He will put on a few kilos and he is UNTOUCHABLE!!!!!!! I've heard all the bull about a small ticker... FRUCK!!!! he missed the first third of the season because he backed into a pack v Bombers at Draft Cheat Park in the pre-season. He needs to be given more time! Anyone with any footy nouse what-so-ever would know that his positives outweigh his negatives. GIVE THE MORTON BASHING A REST MORONS!!!!!
  21. 6 Scully 5 Jurrah 4 Green 3 McDonald 2 Bruce 1 Frawley
  22. Newton has copped a lot! I don't think he was as bad as made out last week. Correct me if I am wrong, but he got more of it than Jamar and wasn't 'weak as' in the hit out department either. I'm not surprised that he held his possie and I'm one who has seen steady improvement at Casey. I know I'm riding for a fall, but I believe he is just one good game from being retained!
  23. While I'm not 'Big' on Newton... he gave us something today. He was competitive in the ruck and he got his own possessions, something that Jamar struggled to do. Morton spoils his good work with some poor decision making. He lacks confidence when kicking for goal, but he does get his hand on it and he keeps running. He will be around for some time! Bail was just 'so-so', we needed more from him. Bennell doesn't take his opportunities in front of goal. If he did we wouldn't be asking for him to be dropped. However, I agree, he needs to go back and fix this deficiency. Warnock played dumb footy! Green had a shocker! BRUCE was everywhere and did his captaincy ambitions no damage, especially in comparison to Green! Scully is a step above Trengove, and continues to show he will be a gun, even though he has some glaring turn-overs, he doesn't stop running and he is all over it in fourth quarters. Watts is great by foot, got whacked a few times, still doesn't get enough of it but is a class user of the ball. Jones was pedestrian. McKenzie battled on and was still giving us something in the fourth... I don't have a place for McKenzie and Jones as we become a top four chance. For mine, McKenzie is a more effective kick and he keeps his feet.
