Training - Tuesday, 14th May 2019
I remember back in the early to mid 2000s Osteitis Pubis was just a common known injury. Anyone remember Stephen Powell having a whole year off and Colin Sylvia being affected by it in his first 2 years? Feel like it died right over the past few yeara. Now you get the occasional one here and there.

Pretty much just answered for me. Petty's kicking is very neat and clean. Go watch his under 18s highlights and you will see someone who ises the ball extremely well.

Changes vs West Coast
Ben Guthrie @BenGuthrie_ Jordan Lewis (ankle) didn’t do much work on the track but still a chance to play against the Eagles. Jake Lever looked sharp and is set to return via the VFL this weekend. Simon Goodwin to speak to the media shortly.

Essendon VFL v Casey Demons - Round 6
On the VFL app it says Chandler had 10 disaposals and bedford 8 disposals. Think I'll trust that more.

Look i must admit i will put my hand up and say after i watched his Box Hill game on live tv i thought he was quite ordinary. He just kept butchering the footy. I did like his game against Collingwood in the practice game and also against Richmond also. His game against Brisbane and Port were so so.. But ever since he had come back into the side he has been our best defender along with frosty. He has one thing we have missed since Jared Rivers and thats his intercept marking ability and courage going back with the flight. I reckon he is a beauty and wont be ever surprised if his career pans out the same way as Tom Stewart from Geelong.

Essendon VFL v Casey Demons - Round 6
Hey mate, how did James Jordan go? I believe he had 18 disposals this week on top of 19 last week. Which says to me he is now starting to adjust to VFL tempo. Played half back??

Yes I too am spewing we missed out on Collins. He is exactly the type of defender we need. Collins also proves that there are players out there far and wide playing good footy at VFL SANFL level. Picking someone like him saves us giving up a first rounder for May also. I am also not saving giving up 6 was a mistake (willing to give May time), but more so saying that there are big defenders out there that are capable of stepping straight into our senior and playing an important role. Bit like Marty Hore who is already is our best intercept defender and someone who looks like he's played 100 games already.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - JAY LOCKHART
I didnt watch a Casey game last year because 1. I dont give two [censored] about Casey players 2. I have much more important things i prioritize in my life then watch a VFL game. Like playing my own game of footy on a Saturday or spending my Sunday with family and friends. I have a life mate.. unlike you i dont sit on my computer all day scrambling to watch meaningless VFL games. You will also find majority of people had never seen Lockhart play as some live interstate and wouldnt get live games on tv. Again you have failed to understand the context of what i am trying to say. This is the last you will hear from me on this, as i have now come to the conclusion that you're simply not with it.

Changes vs West Coast
Honestly if it was up to me then yes personally i would have Keilty or Petty back and Oscar to the 2s. Maybe Keilty is ahead because he is much more mature and can cope with the bigger bodies. To me Oscar adds absolutely no value to our side, barely marks the footy, turns it over by foot, has no awareness, slow, dumb and just looks like a headless chook. I saw a bloke by the name of Sam Collins do much more this year then Oscar has his whole career.

Changes vs West Coast
Keilty problem is that he is not a forward. Im sure Goodwin sees him as a forward, but when at Casey he doesnt kick enough or no more then 2 goals. He is a defender.

POSTGAME: Rd 08 vs Gold Coast
Cannot believe he is getting games.. and thats all I'll say on that just to be kind. I would have had him dropped at the start of the year and started getting games into Petty who by reports is starring down at Casey.

Wagner was good. I noted a few desperation acts that that helpeenour way going forward.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - JAY LOCKHART
Have no idea what this even means. You are either simple or can't grasp the context of what i have been saying. From my first impressions of Lockhart this YEAR, is that he looks a natural footballer. He is surprisingly a strong mark for his size, quick, a good kick of the foot and has good nous of where the goals are. He is the exact reason why Spargo and ANB are arent getting games and thats a bloody mighty achievement for someone who didnt even do a AFL pre season and spent the summer working as a labourer. With more games and experience he will only get better. You said he is battler. Well i can tell you he's not.

Sam Collins from the Suns will be a very good player for them over the next fee years.
