Yes I am aware that the Academy prospects get sent out to AFL clubs each year. The only other prospect I can think is that the mystery #46 could be Cooper Simpson from thr Dandenong Stingrays. He's another AFL Academy prospect who I do know for a fact did train with us last week? Not sure of He's there this week, perhaps they have rotated a few prospects around.

O'Meara doesn't really improve them. He's knees are absolutely cooked. He adds a big body and experience but that's where it stops.

Not sure if full time professional athletes going up against part time athletes who work full time is appropriate preparation.... I'd prefer the solid hitout against an AFL club. 1 game only.

Also interested in your comment regarding Howes @McQueen. Having only seen limited vision of Howes he's the one player on the wheel list who intrigues. What makes you think he'll be a player? Athleticism? Good footy IQ. Howes excites me, but he's a mystery for me as well.

Would really liked to see Tomlinson trial as a tall high half forward. His endurance levels and work rate would easily blow up a lot of defenders which would be a huge strength to team structure.
