Agreed, as long as they are civil about the spreading of said information.

Please excuse my ignorance, his four published posts seem quite rational to me, more so than some of the dees supporters on here. I gather then that this decision was made due to posts that were not published?

The tribunal accepted the Players legal position that the tests done on the substance were not conclusive and showed the substance could be TB4 or TB500, which is also banned. This allowed the tribunal to say they were not satisfied it was TB4 as there was another plausible explanation, one that contradicted the thoughts of the people who ordered, manufactured, and compounded the substance. Baffling!

Fairly sure that has been changed already. There were changes to the rules that the AFL signed upto earlier this year, new rules on record keeping was part of the update. Obviously it would not be right to charge people retrospectively for inadequate record keeping.

What's wrong with Suns? Simple, they are on a massive downer after the snowman left the building
-
And the phone call wouldn't be a warning, it would be asking if they were clean, because if there was a chance they weren't then the test wouldn't happen.

Agreed, I think the AFL pay lip service to lots of integrity matters, and have done so for a long time, it is now coming home to roost. Lets hope the game can survive the inept management it has been under for some time.

How do you get concussion without a head knock? he didn't seem to hit the ground hard enough so must have been the shoulder. Agree that it was fair play, until the dogs player left the ground and hit his head.

So the revival mustn't have been a still born, just had a pause. We are on the up, it is obvious if you look for it and focus on the positives, there are far more of them than there was. yes the negatives are still there, and yes many of them are the same as the last few years, difference is they are not as obvious or as common as they once were. The good will come, but one of the first steps is the supporters showing support!
-
That must be a step up from capitulating against everyone though!
-
Still feel this way, or have you gotten over the lost to the Hawks?
-
Must admit, I only saw the last quarter and a bit in full and I thought he was good for that period. Good signs of things to come.

If he goes it is wrong. Appeared to me that he was going for the ball, and the player was put in the way by a tackle, then Garlett tucked in his arm and tried to get around him, but couldn't. Completely incidental contact.

Toump- showing his potential.

I think the language is wrong. Anti Armstrong is like anti Essendon. I am not Anti Essendon (up until they try and manipulate the media and he result), I am pro fair sport, Essendon, Armstrong, and the AFL don't seem to be.

I don't think Gil is motivated by protecting Hird. I think he is acting to protect the league and the brand. The problem is that he is guided, or more accurately misguided, by the AFL boys club. The same bays club that were surprised by the appeal and have little to no time for WADA as they risk the lively hoods of some of their own. Gil seems to have cometely misread the feeling from the general population of AFL supporters who aren't essendon supporters. In essence he is acting with the right intention, but has taken the wrong route. I wonder if it worth getting as many as possible to clearly state to the MFC that we will walk if there is no WADA. Would this make Jackson get on the phone to Gil and tell him not to think about that course of action.
-
Does that include our boys too?

I initially saw it as the opposite, have the AFL teed up a job as part of the settlement between Robinson and the dons? Either way it looks bad and they really should have been more careful.

Paul Little should be Gilbert Gottfried. That smarmy little voice would be perfect. Shane Charter, a dopy Matt Damon (Said like in Team America) Andy D - take you pick of anyone who has played a mafia boss in the US.
-
Julia Gillard with dyed hair?
-
Steven Dank has to be Steven Curry!
-
The other place to look is actually the HS. Olly and Matt comment regularly and seem to be quite accurate and informed in what they say. Olly is actually a Dees supporter so he may be in here somewhere.
-
What is the better option. I don't disagree he has gone downhill since mid last year, but if we get rid of him how do we move forward?

I think he should be on the wing, with Watts on the other. Both great below the knees, one great over head, one exceptional decision maker with great skills, and the other very good. Would make a nice matching pair for the backs to kick to, bit of height, good hands, and some grunt at their feet from the likes of Viney and Jones. Mixed with Salem across half back and Lumumba's run it could work well. The only problem is getting Watts and Howe to get the best out of themselves or die trying, without that the whole thing falls down.

Dunn, seriously?
