  1. On my way up the road soon. Age tipsters are 7-to-1 in favour of them. Oh, come ON!
  2. Dog day for the Dogs. Their women's percentage now 12.7...
  3. We're facing an unpalatable grand final, folks: Geelong v Hawthorn. I'll be washing my hair that day. And I have very little to wash...
  4. There's my cue... I'm pretty sure its all hearsey.
  5. Very nicely done, Meggs! Thanks for the AM reminder. Head Office could just as easily have scheduled 11.05 PM... And, perhaps the weather gods will be kinder than 'the Casey usual': only 'light winds' are forecast (also with only a slight chance of minimal rain). Some contrast to that memorable ⛈️⛈️⛈️ first ever game for the Dees, against the same opposition at the same venue*. Hopefully the result will be in like contrast! (* It is my badge of honour that I was there AND stayed to the end...)
  6. There's another 'streaky' thread might suit this better, Red. Although, thankfully, we haven't had to see it for a while, its raison d'être having been progressively and greatly reduced in these recent successful years.
  7. 25 might be it, then, leaving the two 'good faith' parties with arguable wins and no mess. A friendly quick haggle might add Adelaide's 4th rounder (60) or a future 3rd to us, but 'good faith' would evapourate if it's a 3rd rounder (42) offer, or a hold-up while Adelaide pick-trades. If we had to throw in even just our 61, that'd take the 'win' gloss off.
  8. I presume you mean between the players' vote totals, not us posters, RS? 😁 Nice idea, and well done in advance to anyone who takes it on.
  9. With you on the woad, @WalkingCivilWar and your comrades-in-(Demon)arms. Craig Hutchison, as an owner as well as a *cough* reporter in the media(ocrity), has a double agenda: not only 'look at me' but also 'look at mine'. Anyone corresponding directly with him (and with him and C.Wilson on the (I presume) Richmond silence)?
  10. @The Taciturn Demon, particularly, and @whatwhat say what and @deanox are keen observers, then 👏
  11. Nice if Collingwood were sitting on Pick 1 at the completion of Round 24, 2025...
  12. On the other hand, if the Swans make it, with JJ in the 22, it'll be ever-so-slightly even better to watch! (Related matter: I feel really conflicted in my wishes for Hogan...)
  13. Not sure it's 'significantly' - it's coming off an already solid base. Otherwise, a combination, I'd say - part of the across-the-board incremental improvements, that our Dees continue to be leaders of (I was a little worried the praccy games showed us to be only in the pack).
  14. 'Official' from SEN? Hmmm... 'Official' from the Club, on the other hand... https://www.melbournefc.com.au/news/1644733/neal-bullen-nominates-adelaide Many thanks, Alex.
  15. Yep; managed to push the post rate to better than 1 every 5 minutes now 👏
  16. ...which, for us non-socialled, was?
  17. At whose expense, I don't know, but... Another 'Top Dozen' Pick Another May/Lever/Langdon Another McVee
  18. I'd be particularly happy. Is Kyle also gettable? Ditto. Might tell you why one day...
  19. So long as someone takes her place wearing the Superhero long-sleeve top (à la Banno, Goldy, et al), I'm OK with it...
  20. ...and that gap will only widen!
  21. Hore Pearce Mackin Goldrick Heath Hanks
  22. And not on Wednesday's formal injury list, either.
  23. @Demonland, could we have the passage to, and completion of, Hore's second goal as vid of the week?
  24. Well done everyone who ventured down the highway. Great noise. Drowned out that horrendous 'Geee-Long!'
