Can't see the difference between the Scorpions & a reserves team really. We are funding them. The coaches are all MFC employed. The senior coach is part of the MFC coaching panel. Footscray reserves still have to have a group of VFL players who are not on the Bulldogs list. What's the difference?

IMO the cheating part has paled into insignificance when you look at what the future consequences may be. The AFL's 'naughty boy' treatment of EFC would be laughable if it wasn't so seriously weak.

I'm just stunned, having watched that report, that there are still contributors to the Essendon experiment managing to evade the consequences. Surely this was criminal behaviour in some form or other. I'm sickened by EFC, the AFL and the AFLPA. Their treatment of & lack of support for Hunter in particular sickens me. They have potentially ruined this kids life & the lives of those close to him. I'm sickened by Mr Tanner wanting to bring Hird back into football. I'd like to never see his head again. I'd like to see Eddie put his weight behind improving the infrastructure around the existing precinct instead. With the MCG, AAMI & the tennis centre all hosting events at the same time, neither the roads nor the rail system are up to the challenge. And I wonder if they realise the drop in attendances that the lack of all weather parking causes.

In my opinion, signing Michelle & Daisy is a no brainer. This is a football club. They are talented & driven football people. You can't ignore the positive impact they have had. This club is become a positive career choice at every level. You could not have said that even 18 months ago. This type of forward thinking will continue to drive this club to a successful future.
