If you mean I may have posted an opinion similar to yours, well gosh I apologize profusely.
Of course if that didn't happen this thread would have about 300 less posts.
Exactly.
Not uncommon for negotiations to start with ambit claims from both sides.
We ask for 6 & another first rounder, they offer 11 & a second rounder. They should have eventually got to a median position of 6 & a second rounder. Therefore we get what we want ..May. They get what they want .. Hogan.
But they decide to sell pick 6 for some reason that escapes me, they don't have the 5 they were expecting and they have nowhere to go.
Just plain amateurs who have outsmarted themselves.
If they manage to get pick 5 I think the deal will still happen. Only because we are a professional outfit with a clear outcome in mind.
Nailed it in one sentence.
If the umpires penalise the kidney punches and elbows and blatant holds and pay what they see, instead of what they are are told to see, these incidents would probably never happen.
Personally I don't think Taylor, Mahoney, Viney, Roos, Goodwin or Jackson are naive or stupid.
They would have been well aware of this possible scenario. They have taken a long term view.

3. Don't know about a letter or photo.
4. ANZAC jumpers - highest price - over $1300.00 (J. Hogan). Lowest - any number at $220.
5. Doubt if they are mounted.
