  1. Doesn’t get enough of it??? What are you talking about. He played forward pocket / half forward. Do you expect him to have 25 a week? He is only 22 years old, of course he’ll improve and if you think Chandler and or Bedford are better players than you are kidding yourself. They are both of similar age and have not shown half the ability of Spargs
  2. He gets out marked in one on one contests way to often
  3. Also it’s just been announced, scary timing then. 1 more year it seems
  4. Nah I heard it’s done.
  5. The metal has to come out for this injury. I have done it myself and i believe they left it in to help him play
  6. He’ll be at the Swans for 2 more
  7. We have enough young talent playing in the senior side. Most of our guns still have their best years ahead of them
  8. That’s called depth with the good VFL players you are talking about. As for the kids you neglected to mention JVR, Howes, Woewodin and Moniz who all showed a bit this year. The kids you mention all have flaws that’s why they play VFL to develop and iron out their flaws. I’m not sure what uiu expect a list to look like but no team in the AFL has 40 players of quality who are all ready to play AFL.
  9. We have lots of competition for our bottom 6, the VFL just won the flag after a nearly faultless season. We don’t want for much other then another forward or 2.
  10. They are stay at the top because of their top end not because of the players you mentioned
  11. He does reek of desperation. It would have been left in T Macs hands if he wanted to have a crack at it and he choose to do so
  12. Every recruit is a risk, signing players for 7 or 8 years is a risk. You don’t get opportunities to sign stars of the comp on a reduced rate whilst in the window. Grundy is a beast and will make us a better side
  13. 🤦🏼‍♂️Filipovic was an 18 year old kid.
  14. Grundy is both a better player and a better option
  15. How can he possibly be a better option than Grundy? Grundy is a multiple all Australian and best and fairest winner and Meek is a WAFL player.
  16. TMac’s injury is completed different to Trengove. Trengove had a navicular injury, TMacs was a lisfranc
  17. I thought he hurt his knee last week not his foot
  18. Melksham is not the match winner in our team, he is a role player
  19. Parents but their kids memberships, kids find a new favourite player very quickly
  20. Players come and go from clubs and we have successfully targeted players we need over the past 5 years. Losing players is part of football and will only become more frequent in the years to come. You also have to consider that we arguably have 3 of the best 5 players in the league, you can’t have everything
  21. Melkshams done his job against Sydney, he completely just out McCartin and if not for a bad night in front of the sticks it would have been a very good game. Melkshams number 1 job was to shut the out the oppositions best interceptor which he did incredibly well.
  22. If you don’t renew your membership because of 2 players leaving then maybe footy is not for you.
