Any organisation that exhibits these traits needs to change and it starts at the top (Pert) and then hopefully the new CEO makes changes as they see fit. This is not a discredit the character of Pert but more a push for a change to hopefully get the club moving in the right direction again.ANB is 30 and 25 would be a great result but we would only get this if we give something back.
