I assume they paid a premium for Lever and May but we would also be paying good money for Petracca, Salem, Weed and other players in that bracket

I don’t think Freo will deal with Hawthorn due to the fact they only gave pick 23 for him and therefore would also expect favourable treatment on the way back

Gawn Brayshaw Oliver Lever May T Mac all these players would be on very good money. I dare say Lewis gone and Jones coming off a big contract will help us though.

Mr Hindsight is that you. Scully was the number 1 pick by a mile in his draft year and every team would have taken him at no.1. As for Dusty even Richmond put him on the trade table.
