  1. Didn't he wear number 18?
  2. Yeah I'll go Friday. I'll leave early 6 in the morning. If there are people who want to shut me out hopefully they will take pity on me for the 2 hours I drove to see my team train. Never been to Casey before so looking forward to the trip. If people have got questions that they want answered send them in and I will try and answer them all. I'll be trying to find out if Petty is playing forward or back other than that I'll be watching them go around the track.
  3. I might plan on going down to Casey next Friday if I can. I will do a report if I get there. Are you allowed in? What time does training start?
  4. I hope we do. He can be a category B rookie can't he or has that already past?
  5. I've decided to change things up a bit. B: HIBBERD, MAY, HORE HB: SALEM, LEVER, RIVERS C : LANGDON, PETRACCA, BOWEY HF: HUNT, WEIDEMAN, LAURIE F: PICKETT, B.BROWN, FRITSCH FOLL: GAWN, OLIVER, VINEY IC: BRAYSHAW, JACKSON, TOMLINSON, MELKSHAM DEPTH: MCDONALD, LOCKHART, HARMES, VANDENBERG, NEAL-BULLEN, SPARROW, SPARGO, SMITH, JETTA, JONES, PETTY, BAKER, M.BROWN DEVELOPMENT: ROSMAN, BEDFORD, CHANDLER, JORDON, NEITSCHKE BRADTKE Baker and Harmes are out of the side because they are not good users of the ball. The young guns come in Bowey and Laurie to add that class and skill. Brayshaw stays on the bench because he is coming back from serious injury. I hope we use the last 2 rookie spots on a key defender and a ruckman. It would be interesting to know if Petty is training with the forwards or backs. He should go down back because there is a hole there but Goodwin might see him only as a forward like McDonald and continue him there.
  6. I think Bowey will debut first the wing spot is up for grabs and he's played a lot on the wing. He's a better kick than Baker who is an average kick at best. Could debut round 1 if things go his way.
  7. Just for you I have change the 44 because Goodwin has it in his mind that McDonald is a forward. So no backline action for him. B: HIBBERD, MAY, LEVER HB: SALEM, TOMLINSON, RIVERS C : LANGDON, BRAYSHAW, BOWEY HF: FRITSCH, JACKSON, PETRACCA F: PICKETT, B.BROWN, WEIDEMAN FOLL: GAWN, OLIVER, VINEY IC: HARMES, HUNT, HORE, MELKSHAM EMERG: VANDENBERG, BAKER, NEAL-BULLEN, LAURIE CASEY B: LOCKHART, SMITH, JETTA HB: CHANDLER, PETTY, NEITSCHKE C: VANDENBERG, JONES, BAKER HF: NEAL-BULLEN, MCDONALD, LAURIE F: ROSMAN, M.BROWN, SPARGO FOLL: BRADTKE, SPARROW, JORDON IC: BEDFORD SIGNED WERRIDEE
  8. How many picks do we have? Who should we go for?
  9. Patience my friend. They will all come good putting pressure on the older guys.
  10. I can go one better a best 44 now that the draft is over. By the way rapt with the picks speed and class on the wing and forward pocket just what I was hoping for. B: HIBBERD, MAY LEVER HB: SALEM, MCDONALD, RIVERS C : LANGDON, PETRACCA, BAKER HF: FRITSCH, JACKSON, MELKSHAM F: PICKETT, B.BROWN, WEIDEMAN FOLL: GAWN, OLIVER, VINEY IC: BRAYSHAW, HARMES, HUNT, TOMLINSON EMERG: VANDENBERG: NEAL-BULLEN, SPARROW, JONES CASEY B: LOCKHART, SMITH, JETTA HB: CHANDLER, HORE, NEITSCHKE C : VANDENBERG, JONES, BOWEY HF: NEAL-BULLEN, PETTY, LAURIE F: BEDFORD, M.BROWN, SPARGO FOLL: BRADTKE, SPARROW, JORDON IC: ROSMAN SIGNED WERRIDEE
  11. My go 1. McRae 2. Carroll 3. Bowey
  12. This is best news ever. Premiership coach developed the current Premiership team. Head of development suits him to a tea. Got Werribee up there which is a hard task for a stand alone team. YOU BEAUTY. I LOVE IT PREMIERSHIPS FOR THE FORSEABLE FUTURE NOW GO DEES.
  13. Oscar McDonald stopped the best forwards going around.
  14. Didn't know NGA's could be category B rookies you learn something everyday. It would be good to see Smith as a category B rookie to fill up the list. No expectations on him we get him for nothing basically good move.
  15. If he could play on the wing that's fair and good but half forward a bit of a stretch we already have Fritsch and Melksham there.
  16. Not all of them I base it on what I think the coaches want too. Like Spargo and Hunt are rated higher because they got a 2 year contract while Jones, Smith and Hore only got one while vandenBerg, Neal-Bullen and McDonald were rated even lower because they were shopped around.
  17. Russell is the worst commentator in Australia. Jackson was great against Goldstein. Clueless comes to mind when I think of Russell
  18. Melksham and Lever were deputy vice captains so leadership is why they are so high.
  19. B: HIBBERD, MAY, LEVER HB: SALEM, TOMLINSON, RIVERS C : LANGDON, BRAYSHAW, PETRACCA HF: MELKSHAM, JACKSON, FRITSCH F: PICKETT, B.BROWN, WEIDEMAN FOLL: GAWN, OLIVER, VINEY IC: SPARGO, HUNT, BAKER, HARMES CASEY B: LOCKHART, SMITH, JETTA HB: CHANDLER, HORE, DRAFT PICK C : VANDENBERG, JONES, DRAFT PICK HF: NEAL-BULLEN, PETTY, DRAFT PICK F: BEDFORD, M.BROWN, DRAFT PICK FOLL: MCDONALD, SPARROW, JORDON IC: NEITSCHKE, BRADTKE, ROOKIE
  20. Cook, Ellis and Campbell from the Bulldogs.
  21. Yeah that makes sense pick 89 isn't enticing. Have pick 18,19, 28 and 50 and then have pick 10 in the Rookie Draft.
  22. With Jordon getting rookie listed it got me to thinking who are our most important players in order. This is it. 1. Gawn 2. Viney 3. Melksham 4. Lever 5. Petracca 6. May 7. Oliver 8. Langdon 9. Ben.Brown 10. Salem 11. Fritsch 12. Brayshaw 13. Hibberd 14. Weideman 15. Pickett 16. Jackson 17. Rivers 18. Tomlinson 19. Spargo 20. Hunt 21. Baker 22. Harmes 23. Sparrow 24. Petty 25. Jones 26. Smith 27. Hore 28. vandenBerg 29. Neal-Bullen 30. McDonald 31. Jetta 32. Lockhart 33. Bedford 34. Draft Pick 35. Draft Pick 36. Draft Pick 37. Draft Pick 38. Mitch.Brown 39. Jordon 40. Chandler 41. Neitschke 42. Bradtke 43. Rookie
  23. We have Mitch.Brown, Chandler, Neitschke and Jordon on the rookie list. Do we now have one or two rookie picks?
